W miarę dobra lokalizacja. Obiekt czysty i dobrze urządzony. Świetny dojazd środkami transportu publicznego. Obiekt samoobsługowy - jest pomieszczenie gospodarcze, z którego można wziąć przybory toaletowe.

Warunkiem otrzymania dostępu do lokalu jest wysłanie SKANÓW DOKUMENTÓW wszystkich dorosłych osób, przez wątpliwego pochodzenia apkę / stronę internetową. To chyba nie jest zgodne z zasadami bezpieczeństwa danych osobowych. Nie ma informacji, gdzie trafiają Twoje dane oraz kto je przetwarza. Ale jak nie wyślesz, to nie wejdziesz do obiektu. Brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu z personelem. Telefonu nikt nie odbiera, Na pytanie zadane na Booking odpowiadają po 5 dniach - kiedy już wyjechaliśmy - w dodatku odpowiadają nie na temat.

Very nice apartment.
Pros:

I was staying during the heatwave, so I can confidentially state that AC is very capable :) Kitchen was equipped fine, at least for a solo traveler. The check-in and checkout processes were smooth, fully electronic and highly efficient.

Cons:

The window of my bedroom was street facing, so it was moderately noisy early in the morning. The mattress was good, but too soft for my personal taste. And the round dinner table was pretty uncomfortable.

Pros:

Nice location, a few steps away from the metro station which is amazing!
The apartment was well equipped, with a great style and beautiful furnitures!

Having the locker room with all the refills was amazing too! (Though we couldn’t find any for the dishwasher tabs…)

Cons:

The sofa bed wasn’t so comfortable :/
Some cooking ustensils would have been welcome (more knives for choping, a plate for the oven)

Proximity to metro, AC that cools, easy access, they got us covered
Pros:

Excellent property for the price paid. AC cools perfectly during peak summer, the water is hot, all fitting are of good quality from brands like Grohe, the appliances are also of high quality . they paid attention to all details and unlike other apartment buildings, they have used high quality products everywhere in the room. the rooms are a bit small but they are sufficient. The best part is that the MEtro station is a stones throw away from the building and even the metro station is small which means within 10 mins of leaving your room, you are in the train. Further if you are from the subcontinent and are concerned about Halal food, there are plenty of options around . Spar super market is within 5 mins walk. We were very happy with the room and do not hesitate to recommend it.

Cons:

nothing other than the Sofa bed might be a bit of an issue for certain people. We are light so we were about OK with it.

Great stay!
Pros:

A spacious, clean apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the subway.
The air conditioning worked very well, which was a big help given the high temperatures.
Communication was easy and very intuitive thanks to the app provided. Clean towels, sheets, fans, kitchen utensils, and other items were available to us without us having to ask.

Goede plek voor een city trip
Pros:

Geweldige locatie. Goede hulp beschikbaar via whatsapp. Ondanks veel verkeer was het wel stil op de kamers. Fijn dat er air conditioning was.

Cons:

De slaapbank zag er wat smoezelig uit. De kamer wordt gepresenteerd voor max. 6 personen, maar dat is niet comfortabel meer.

Quattro giorni a Vienna
Pros:

Appartamento comodo e vicino alla metro, in zona ci sono due supermercati dove poter fare la spesa e anche qualche locale dove mangiare o bere una birra. Ho trovato il check in veloce e pratico, anche la possibilità da app Numa di aggiungere in un attimo il late checkout. La camera un po' piccola sinceramente.

Cons:

Potrebbero mettere qualcosa in più in appartamento per pulire ad esempio. Il water era in una stanza diversa dal bagno, un po' claustrofobico essendoci uno stanzino dedicato SOLO al wc.

La pulizia della struttura, le camere molto spaziose, il materiale messo a disposizione dalla struttura non mancava proprio niente, le indicazioni fornite erano perfette

WIFI מצויין. טלויזיה מכוונים על האפליקציות שיש לכל אחד בפלאפון על ידי סריקת ברקוד. בקיצור כדאי להיות טכנולוגי - לבצע צ'ק אין ואואט באפליקציה, כביסה באפליקציה אחרת, וכיוון הטלויזיה

אהבנו הכל מלבד המזרונים הרכים מאוד, היה בלתי אפשרי לשכב עליהם. לכן הורדנו את המזרון ומסתבר שיש בבסיס המיטה מזרון קפיצים נוקשה יותר - עליו הנחנו סדין וכך יכולנו לישון במשך שבוע....
להוסיף מראת גוף, אפשרי להוסיף במסדרון או במעלית.
לא נגיש - יש לפחות גרם מדרגות אחד לעלות. המעלית נמצאת בחצאי קומה. כך שיש צורך תמיד להגיע לדירה עם עוד גרם מדרגות.
לא ניתן לבקש דירה ספציפית או קומה. המערכת שולחת לך בבוקר קוד כניסה ומספר חדר.
