Schöner Urlaub, trotz zusätzliches Frühstück!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, schön eingerichtet. In der Nähe einer U-Bahnstation.

Cons:

Frühstück: für das Geld ist das Frühstück zu wenig, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man sich zu den einzelnen Arten (klassisch, süß, royal, vegetarisch) seine Komponenten wie Wurst und Marmelade hätte aussuchen dürfen. Eine Scheibe Brot ist zu wenig.

Fenster und die Wohnung allgemein waren gut schall-isoliert. Check-in lief problemlos.

Bad accoustic, you can hear all street noises. Near apartaments was active cinstruction site, and they start to work ar 6am.

Struttura vicino alla metro u4 molto comodo,ben organizzato ,pulito ,entrare con un codice è comodo pratico ( davvero un eccellente metodo).

Clean and comfortable, fantastic location, but could do with some improvements.
Pros:

We had an overall pleasant stay at Numa Vienna Strauss.

The location is fantastic, with the U4 train line very nearby connecting you to the centre of the city. It's very well placed for the Zoo and Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens, and there is a SPAR supermarket just around the corner. The apartment was easy to access and very clean on arrival. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. There was plenty of seating, and the TV offered all the usual channels and formats.

The shower had good pressure, and the underfloor heating and air conditioning were nice touches. Soundproofing was excellent as well - we couldn’t hear neighbours above, below, or next to us.

The apartment was also very clean. I liked how the laundry room had a 'self service' for extra towels, etc.

Cons:

There were, however, a few downsides. After one 10-minute shower there was no hot water left, which was quite surprising and meant some guests had to skip a shower (not ideal if you had 4 adults!). The fridge was also extremely loud. We could hear it even over the TV, and it would likely make sleeping difficult for anyone in the living room. The bathroom layout wasn’t ideal, as we had to go through two doors to get from the toilet to the sink, which didn’t feel very practical or hygienic. The hallway light was not working.

Accessibility isn't great at all unfortunately. Due to the building design, we had to carry two suitcases, a toddler, and a pram up and down two flights of stairs each time we entered/left the building to reach the elevator. I would therefore not recommend this accommodation if you have a pram, and certainly not if you have a wheelchair or mobility issues - I don't think any of the rooms have step-free access, and there is a short flight of steps to get from the street to the front door.

The shower cubicle and toilet room were both very small, and the bedroom was quite compact as well. A bedside lamp in the bedroom would have been helpful. Finally, while the WiFi was very fast when connected, signal dropped out fairly often.

Overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but would definitely benefit from a few practical improvements.
