Pros:

obiekt bardzo czysty, schludny pokój

Cons:

W pokoju brakowało suszarki do włosów, po powiadomieniu obiektu zostało nam przekazane, ze suszarka zostanie wkrótce dostarczona. Po 2 godzinach problem dalej nie był rozwiązany, w końcu uzyskaliśmy możliwość samodzielnego pójścia po suszarkę.
Pomimo tego, że problem został rozwiązany, jesteśmy zdania, że organizacja personelu i chęć pomocy byla na bardzo niskim poziomie.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The location was excellent as it was yards from the metro which takes you into the museum quarter. There is a Billa and a Spar 2 minutes away from the apartment for food shopping. Restaurants across the road, next to and in the metro. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine in the basement of the building. Pin access to get in so no worries about losing your key. Clean towels accessible.

Cons:

Pet hair in the apartment, so it wasn't cleaned properly before arrival. No instructions on how to use the cooker especially the oven. For families with small children, the windows of the upper floors would be a problem on hot days as they open wide and there are no safety bars.

Szuper önkiszolgáló rendszer - nemcsak a be- és kijelentkezéshez, hanem a lakásból esetlegesen kifogyó készletek visszapótlásához is. A biztosított reggeli ötletes és színvonalas volt. Tiszta lift és lépcsőház, tömegközlekedéssel (metróval) kiválóan megközelíthető lokáció.

Cons:

Tetőtéri elhelyezkedés miatt meleg időben nagyon felmelegszik az apartman, és a légkondícionáló a hálószobában közvetlenül a vendégre fújja a hideget, ami zavaró - ezt szellőztetéssel meg lehet oldani, ekkor viszont a környék igen erőteljes zajai hallhatóak bent. A kilátás a hálószobából egy sötét lichthofra nyílik. Amennyiben 4 fő vendégeskedik az apartmanban, úgy az amerikai konyhás nappaliban nem férnek el egyszerre étkezéskor az asztal körül, mert 4-ből 2 fő beleütközik a ferde síkú tetőtéri ablakos mennyezetbe.

Nice located apartment (8 minutes away from the Karlsplatz) Has shop and metro station nearby. I like that apartment looks inside to the inner yard that makes it hidden from the sun heat and road noise.
I really like convincing of luggage service (Guests able to enter the building with help of enterence code to leave bags before check in and after check out)

Leider nicht barrierefrei
Pros:

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Cons:

Überhaupt nicht barrierefrei, schon beim Eingang wird man von den vielen Stufen "erschlagen". Für uns mit 2jährigem Kind im Kinderwagen war es jedesmal eine Herausforderung.
