Pros:

Établissement bien placé et petit déjeuner de qualité. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Lounge petit et qualité des équipements qui positionnent l’hôtel comme un 3 étoiles + mais pas comme un 4*.

PERFEKT
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, der Ausblick aufs Meer grandios, das Bett super bequem. am besten jedoch ist das Personal, die sind so freundlich ohne gekünstelt zu wirken. Das letzte Mal hatte ich mein Ipad vergessen und sie riefen mich direkt danach an. Ich meinte, sie sollten es behalten, bis wir in ca. 14 Tagen wiederkommen. Beim Einchecken fragte ich gleich nach dem Ipad. Sie hatten es bereits in unser Zimmer gebracht. Einfach hervorragender Service! DANKE

Cons:

Wir sind hier regelmäßig als Zwischenstation und manchmal auch etwas länger. Es ist alles perfekt, lediglich das Zimmer ist etwas zu klein. Aber das nimmt man gern in Kauf für die tolle Lage und das freundliche Personal.

Excellente localisation face à la mer 🤩
Pros:

La localisation sur la promenade vue mer est proche de bons restaurants.
La chambre au 6ème est agréable avec une belle vue dégagée sur la chaîne des Pyrénées , la literie est confortable.
L'équipe est accueillante et sympathique, le petit déjeuner est qualitatif .
Nous reviendrons et recommandons cet établissement à Canet plage .

Far too Noisy - Booked 2 Nights and Checked out after 1

The Sea Views

Cons:

There is no soundproofing and I was woken up at 6.30am by guest noise in other rooms and the hotel later clarified that they receive a lot of business guests. I had upgraded to a sea view room and although it had very nice sea views, there was a lot of traffic noise from the beachfront road directly in front.

Overall, it was far too noisy with other guest rooms and the traffic for my personal preference.

I requested to cancel my second night which the hotel refused and offered me an another sea view room on a higher floor which would have made no difference to the noise factor from other guest rooms. I checked out and they retained the entire amount. There is no interest in customer satisfaction.
