A beautiful, classy, comfortable place to stay and rejuvenate
Pros:

Great ambiance, beautifully appointed, very clean, welcoming staff, great restaurant. Love the ease of accessing the incredible spa. Especially love the inclusion of the Rocky Mountain Soap products.

Cons:

Nothing! But if I had to be picky would love the restaurant to be open all day. Some of the baseboards are starting to look dinged up

Enjoyed the dining room and the ambience (relaxed) of the facility.

Cons:

Did not try the spa as it was too pricey for either just the evening we arrived or just the next morning. Had dinner in the restaurant... would give the service a very good grade but the food was so-so.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen
Pros:

Das Frühstück und die Abendessen waren sehr gut, Personal und der gesamte Service waren toll.

Cons:

Es war bei der Buchung über Booking nicht sofort klar, dass man Pools, Hot-Tubs und Sauna nur als Tagespaket buchen kann und ansonsten nur ein Whirlpool im Freien verfügbar war.

Cons:

Having in mind its location on the other side of a major highway and a 15-20 min walk to any stores/restaurabas (not just the one on site), a bakery and a gift shop would be nice. Offering bottled water in the rooms would be nice.

It was so good to be able to take in the spa, dinning and be a short drive into main street Canmore.
