Excellent stay very friendly and helpful staff
Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο καθώς και το μπάνιο.
Δεν διαθέτει τις απαιτούμενες παροχές και τα υποχρεωτικά χαρακτηριστικά δωματίου που απαιτούνεται σε ξενοδοχείο 4* (πχ στο δωμάτιο υπήρχει μόνο μία ελεύθερη μπρίζα (έναντι 2+1), δεν υπήρχε (9,30μμ room service έναντι 12ωρης υποχρέωσης), δεν υπήρχαν amenities δωματίου κλπ. Το σημαντικότερο είναι ότι τα μαξιλάρια δεν διέθεταν υγειονομικό κάλυμα (υποχρεωτικό).
I am happy with everything
Clean rooms, nice location, hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. They organized free dinner for all the guests one night which was very good.
I wish breakfast had more options maybe: pancakes, tortillas, fruits (especially summer season fruits), waffles, pies… There is a space for improvement but breakfast was okay.
Lage fand ich sehr gut zum Flugzeuge beobachten, man konnte den Bus nehmen und Sightseeing machen, es war ein schönes sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool und das Frühstück auch ok für einige Tage genügend Abwechslung.
Manchmal etwas laut vom Pool her, oder von den Flugzeugen, aber das weiss man wenn man bucht.
Everything about our stay was positive, from the moment we walked into the building we had a warm welcome and felt at home, the facilities was a little bit outdated but was very clean, The all inclusive option was perfect for us and I loved the fact the food options was also traditional.
I would love to say a personal thank you to the lovely lady who checked us in (short black hair had a sparkly pen) Thalia who kept checking in on us making sure we was having fun, Dementri the bar tender who looked after us every night and lastly Aphrodite who served our drinks at the restaurant every night.
Was a slightly outdated, would be nice to have more drinks included in the all inclusive, and some more food options, however this is just a small thing our experience was amazing and would come back

Overpriced. There was nothing to eat for my 15 months baby. And in general, no entertainment or playground for children.
The house was meeting our expectations. The installations were new. Very clean and comfy.
