Schön viel erlebt. Bischen kalt und windig ( April )
Pros:

Wir hatten das Studio P1 im Parter mit Blick auf den Hof. Etwas dunkel nicht viel Sonne. Kann aber im Sommer von Vorteil sein da es nicht so heiss wirdt.

Cons:

Die Lage des Studio ist gut gelegen nähe ÖV. Schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Einige gut Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch Mini Markets da ist besonders Vorsicht geboten, es wirdt regelmässig den Tourist über S`Ohr gehauen. Siehe Bewerungen.

If you want to enjoy your holiday without worrying abot the parctiaclities and public transportation, i highly recommend
Pros:

The location is excellent, all of the major monuments are at a walkable distance, and there are many shops and restaurants close by. The apartment has everything you need and it’s pretty spacious for two people. Everything is provided, from toiletries, towels, kitchen appliances. The bedroom is big on its own, and there’s also a separate kitchen with a dining table. When we arrived, everything was exceptionally clean. The bathroom is large, has many toiletries, and most importantly completely clean. The shower works great and there is always hot water available. If you check in online, you don’t need to go to the reception - the room is unlocked with a pin code, which is practical. However, if you need to contact the staff, they are accessible through whatsapp and very responsive. They speak fluent English so the communication was easy. The building is made of apartments and the whole complex looks great. There is an elevator in the building. Even though it’s in the city centre, we barely had any noise, nor could we hear people in rooms next to us. The complex as well as the neighborhood felt very safe. Even though all of the tourist spots are close by, if you need to go somewhere further, the bus/tram stop is very close. Overall, the apartment is everything that is advertised and more, and in general the whole experience was done professionally. This apartment is a reliable choice if you are looking to stay somewhere in the city centre, which I highly recommend.

Cons:

The only slight issue we had with the apartment was that there was a problem with the electricity/power outlets in the kitchen at the time of our stay, so none of the smaller kitchen appliances (microwave, coffee machine etc.) worked for some reason. We contacted the staff and they replied quickly and sent a maintenance person that same day, but we were there for only a short stay so it probably couldn’t be fixed that fast. (We assume that the issue was electrical since it’s unlikely that all of the appliances were broken, they all looked new and well kept, as well as recently cleaned. However, we don’t know what the issue was). Other than that the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances (microwave, coffee machine, water heater, small stove), as well as a decently sized fridge which did work. Everything else provided in the apartment was fully functional and this wasn’t a big problem for us since we were only there for 4 days, and I’m sure it will be resolved.

Appartement au calme, grand lit très confortable. Salle de bains avec baignoire.

Manque de luminosité de l appartement
La plaque de cuisson amovible doit être posée sur le plan de travail puis rangée après utilisation. Elle n est pas intégrée au meuble. De plus il y a peu de place donc il faut enlever la machine à café.
Bref, des manipulations dont on se passerait.
Une seule prise aussi donc on ne peut brancher qu un appareil à la fois (plaque cuisson ou micro-ondes ou cafetière). Ce n est pas pratique. Aucune multi prise.
L espace cuisine communique avec l espace nuit mais il n y a pas de porte donc si une personne se lève elle va réveiller l autre.
Pas assez de rangement dans la chambre

Lage spitze, ansonsten lieber nächstes Mal wo anders.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, die Abwicklung erfolgt komplett digital, vorausgesetzt man verfügt über alle digitale Zahlungsmittel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer bot kaum Platz, es war nicht möglich, einen Koffer auszupacken, oder zu lagern. Es befand sich mitten im Raum eine Säule, es gab unzählige Silberfische und die Wohnung kam uns sehr feucht vor. Die Heizung war kaum zu reguliere und pufferte auf Vollstoff - aber kalt es war es zumindest nicht. Die Silberfische waren leider nicht nur im Bad, sondern auch im Schlafzimmer, evtl. ist das normal - in meinem Empfinden war es eklig. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich. Rauchen konnte man theoretisch im EG - musste man aber eig heimlich machen - und im Prinzip vor der Haustür auf der Straße.

Αξιοπρεπής διαμονή.
Pros:

Έντιμο σε αυτά που υποσχόταν και σε αυτά που πρόσφερε. Κοντά στο κέντρο. Άνετη διαμονή σε γενικές γραμμές.

Cons:

Δυνατότητα επαφής με υπεύθυνους μόνο μέσω mail.
Κάπως παλιό το κτίριο, αλλά πολύ καλά ανακαινισμένο.

Es war ok aber mehr nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage im schönen Viertel.
Matratzen waren gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Verkratzte Böden . Altes Furnierholz, Nachttischlampe locker an der Wand.
Badtür unten aufgequollen, verkalkte Ecken an Badewanne, die nicht geputzt waren.
Kein Schrank, nur eine offene Garderobe.
