Hello, I‘ve stayed here a couple times before, the grand is very nice. I like the location the pool area and the restaurant.
When I was looking to book,I used the steamboat resort website and it showed no rooms available, so I had to go thru booking .com. I asked for an early check which they did. However the rooms I get are facing the mountain and in the past they have given us those rooms. I called and asked they said they could not do it.
Then we also book our ski thru the ski butler inside the hotel.
It was a mission we were over charged the lady helping was kinda of rude. Gave us either to big or to small boots, we had to waste most of our first ski day finding where to go to exchange them. The person I reserved at steamboat resort had all our information incorrect and had over charged us for our boots ski helmets rentals. On top of that our Ikon tickets never were mailed so we had to also waste time going to the office to get them. That took most of our first day getting it straighten out. My sister in law had to change her boots 3 times and my husband and my self had to changed them 2 times.
And why did you stop serving breakfast it was delicious we so looked forward
to it.

Piscina muito relaxante e não lotada.
O espaço do chuveiro era bem pequeno, ruim de tomar banho sem ficar com a cortina fria enconstando no corpo.
It was located in the best area. It is very comfy.
We rented a room for 6 people. But you cannot use the second room comfortably since the kitchen takes most of the room.
Beautiful place. Many luxury amenities: Heated outdoor pool & hot tubs, gym, saunas, free laundromat, WiFi. Large comfortable fully-equipped condo unit & full kitchen. Several great restaurants/pubs in the building or nearby. Free shuttle to town with many restaurants & shops. Across the street from the Ski Base area for access to entire mountain.
Very upscale spot
Bartender Travis and waitress Angela were so friendly and gave us excellent service!
Staff were not very welcoming and the room selection in an almost empty hotel put us right over the main entrance where commercial vehicles arrived early in the morning
Great room!
The views were incredible and the room was very nice. The fireplace added a lovely atmosphere! I will say there were hairs in the bathroom shower from the last guest, but besides that everything else was very clean.
The staff was wonderful. But for the room price they should have a few more amenities, such as coffee in the lobby, included or discounted breakfast, etc. Also a better choice of pillows would be nice. There was construction going on right outside our room causing noise and odors.
The pool/spa area was wonderful. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff is great, friendly, accommodating. Rooms clean and amenities are wonderful especially shuttle service. Vera was great! . Parking and location cannot compare.
Place was nice overall. Be aware if you book through a 3rd party site like Hotels.com, Expedia, etc they will not give you a receipt for your stay - not even via email. We were told it wasn’t possible. Not a fan of this policy and I haven’t encountered it at any other hotels or resorts.
It was beautiful, clean and quiet.
