Don’t expect a lot.
Pros:

We liked that it was very clean, the location was great, and that they included coffee downstairs with the stay.

Cons:

Our room had a window - where the view was the indoor climbing facility. As cool as it might sound, it was impossible to have the window open without climbers being able to see directly into our room. So the window was pointless as we had to keep it shut the entire time. As for the staff they came off like they were annoyed or unavailable when approached. Not a super friendly place.

The hotel had great amenities (climbing hall, gym, group fitness classes, coffee shop and rooftop bar). The staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay in an Evo Hotel again.
