Das Hotel, das Personal, das Essen, Zimmer, Pool, Cocktail, Animation, Zimmer und Hotel Umgebung , Strand und Liegestühl
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und fleißiges Personal. Die Küche, Cocktails bekommen nicht 5 sondern 7*. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr schön und schmackhaft hergerichtet. Es waren auch auf Wunsch kleine Häppchen gemacht. Das Essen war excellent.

Cons:

Alles war wunderbar. Wenn jemand sich da nicht wohlfühlt, dann soll lieber zu Hause bleiben.

We did not like the booking sysyem on the app to go to a reasturant. we did not like that we could only have wine in the reasturants. so if you wanted an aperitif before dinner like a gin & tonic you could not get it inside any reasturants

The facilities were new,room clean ,clean pool

Unfortunately our stay ended on a bad note,we were like chased away from the property by a staff there who did not have manners at all.That type of treatment was the first we experienced in our lives,my wife and I have been to hotels around the world but its the first time we have experienced such hostility.Riu will have to invest into hospitality training of their staffs,i would not say all people working there,but some,they lack that hospitality,they are cold,no smile at all.for that price point,we've been to better hotels with better hospitality.The hotel by itself is nice,nice concept but the staffs,rude..we had to leave running and heart broken.another thing we noticed was a bar man drinking in the bar while at work.Not professional..we were shocked but when they chased us away ,saying our time is up,we cannot be there,we were appaled.I don't think we will be ever going back there again.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique au Riu Palace Mauritius et nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

Le personnel a fait toute la différence : vraiment gentil, attentionné et serviable du début à la fin.

La nourriture était excellente et très variée (avec d'excellents plats au coin mauricien). Un vrai point fort de l'établissement.

Et le cadre entre montagne et place est superbe.

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Affordable option to stay at le morne with super friendly stuff but extremely windy
Pros:

Good value for money. The staff is super nice. The view from the room was amazing. Good location to explore the le morne area. Its nice you can go around the corner and experience pristine beach with little to no wind

Cons:

Super windy. We knew about the wind in advance but were still shocked about how bad it was. The food was very average.
