Elite club pool and bar with excellent service
Restaurants were good
Check in was terrible we had booked the hotel for the day before as our overnight flight was arriving at 6am and we were very tired when we arrived I told the person we were very tied and just wanted to go to our room
We were not taken to the elite check in and were asked to complete forms and make full payment before we were shown to our room We are both in our seventies and were expected to stand to do this
Also they do not take American Express
This first experience was very disappointing
Once in the room as we were just lying down when room service knocked to collect a plate of sweets that had been left for ourarrival the day before
Reception then rang to ask if we liked our bedroom ! Better training at reception is needed so that customers ages are considered and not just ask to complete a tick list of forms and at least shown to a seat

Unfortunately very bad experience with room location..now and then there was very strong and bad sewerage smells coming from exactly in front of our balcony room 5035.
Secondly bad choice in restaurant concerning pork steak..old and.pheasant..pieces which i think was from the day before..
Overall...satisfaction and waiting for next trip..

Czystość plaży a raczej miejsc dookoła leżaków pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Wiem że to świadczy o kulturze turystów, ale pełno niedopałków, kubków i butelek z poprzedniego dnia świadczy, że plaża nie była sprzątana....

The service throughout the resort was excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful beach and a fantastic overall setting. We also really liked that water activities were included, although unfortunately we were only able to use them on one out of our six days because the red flag was up on the other days. The main pools were very clean, pleasant, and had a much better temperature than our private pool. The Elite Club area was especially enjoyable — the loungers were very comfortable, the service there was great, and it was a lovely touch that staff occasionally brought around fresh fruit and took drink orders directly from the sunbeds. Breakfast offered a good selection overall, and most of the other restaurants were very good as well. Our favorite was the Asian restaurant, Kaori. The spa experience was also very nice, especially the massage. Another great surprise was the room service twice a day, which we had not expected and really appreciated.
The biggest downside for us was the bed. Instead of one proper double bed, it was made up of two separate single beds on wheels that kept moving apart whenever we shifted even slightly. For an Elite Club room with a private pool, we definitely expected a fixed, comfortable bed, so this was a major disappointment. Cleanliness could also have been better. Some towels had brown stains on them, and even if they were freshly washed, towels in that condition should not be put back into use. The floor in the room also felt a little sticky and not completely clean. Our private pool was nice to have, but it was extremely cold, so it was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. Breakfast was generally good, but the coffee was quite bland, and there was no oat milk available. Soy milk was offered instead, but it was sometimes out of stock, which was disappointing. The cocktails were also inconsistent — some were very strong, while others barely tasted of alcohol at all. Even the strawberry daiquiri was surprisingly too strong. The Elite Club restaurant was another slight letdown. Although the service was excellent, the food was only average and lacked seasoning and flavor. We would also recommend booking the specialty restaurants immediately upon arrival, as they can fill up quickly.
