I was impressed with the campus and the staff.
Pros:

This was the first time I stayed at an all-inclusive despite the fact that I travel a lot. Riu Palace was exactly what I needed after a very busy first half of my visit to Mauritius. Located on a beautiful beach the campus was beautiful, the facilities were spotless, extremely well maintained (I was told the resort was brand new) and the staff was unobtrusive but available when needed. I did not manage to reserve a spot for any of the themed restaurants as my stay was fairly short, but the buffets for breakfast lunch and dinner were great, with a great diversity of delicious eats.

Juste incroyable, les personnes, les endroits, tout est réunie pour que cela soit parfait !

Juste incroyable, le choix est très varié que ce soit en sucré ou salé il y en a pour tout les goût !

Cons:

Le service pressing pourrait être améliorer, il ne laisse pas de reçu en chambre une fois les vêtements retiré.

Krásný nově zrekonstruovaný hotel, kvalitní služby, široká nabídka pokrmů, můžeme doporučit..hotelová pláž často větrná, ale stačí popojít za roh na veřejnou pláž, kde nefouká a moře je klidné.

Hôtel surcoté, manque d'hygiène total. Lors de notre arrivées dans la chambre avec ma mère nous avons constatés que le bac à glaçons était rempli de papier, nous l'avons signalé à la réception qui a fait passé quelqu'un. Au lieu de changer le bac à glaçons, la personne en charge a simplement vidé le bac et nous l'a remis tel quel. Aussi, mauvaise expérience lors du petit déjeuné, des fruit pourri étaient servis. Pareil, nous l'avons signalés mais au retour ou changement a été fait.

Conclusion, séjour très moyen et pour les prestations proposées ça ne vaut pas le prix demandé par cet établissement.
