séjour exceptionnel, personnel super accueillant et un cadre de rêve

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique au Riu Palace Mauritius et nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

Le personnel a fait toute la différence : vraiment gentil, attentionné et serviable du début à la fin.

La nourriture était excellente et très variée (avec d'excellents plats au coin mauricien). Un vrai point fort de l'établissement.

Et le cadre entre montagne et place est superbe.

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Affordable option to stay at le morne with super friendly stuff but extremely windy
Pros:

Good value for money. The staff is super nice. The view from the room was amazing. Good location to explore the le morne area. Its nice you can go around the corner and experience pristine beach with little to no wind

Cons:

Super windy. We knew about the wind in advance but were still shocked about how bad it was. The food was very average.

מיקום מעולה, צוות מסביר פנים ונחמד תמיד, אחלה מתקנים ושווה את הכסף מהבחינה הזאת

האוכל טעון שיפור, אין הרבה מבחר לצמחוניים או אוכלי כשר, והחלק הכי בעייתי זה המסעדות שלהם ששם היה אוכל טוב אבל אין איך לקבוע מקום למסעדה לפני שעושים צ׳ק אין- ואז אין מקום (אז יוצא שלא נהנים מהם בכלל)

Ótima estrutura, funcionários atenciosos e comida variada.
Pros:

Fui para lua de mel e adoramos tudo do hotel. Logo na chegada nos informaram que estavam nos dando um upgrade gratuito de quarto com vista para o mar, o que foi incrível.
O quarto era espaçoso, confortável e equipado com tudo que precisávamos. Serviço de quarto também impecável.
Das áreas comuns, utilizamos principalmente as piscina, não tivemos dificuldade para encontrar espreguiçadeira nenhum dia. Há muitas espreguiçadeiras disponíveis também a beira mar.
Quanto aos restaurantes, não nos incomodamos de não conseguir reservas para os restaurantes “temáticos”, realizamos todas nossas refeições no buffet que era impecável com uma variedade de comida e sobremesas.
Uma surpresa agradável que tivemos é que há alguns animais (cães e gatos) que circulam pelo hotel… nós amamos pois assim pudemos também matar um pouco da saudade dos nossos pets.

Cons:

Único ponto que não gostamos era do sistema de toalhas nas piscinas.

Worth a Stay
Pros:

Beach was amazing with the with the most incredible sunsets.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Buffet food was varied and tasty
Overall a reasonably priced All-Inclusive offering in Le Morne in comparison to the surrounding resorts.

Cons:

Despite trying on the RIU App at check-in, we were unable to get a reservation at any of the five a la carte restaurants during our multi-day stay.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage mit viel Comfort

Das RIU Palace in Le Morne hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind grosszügig, komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, und das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Hotel, in dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Pros:

Très bien fidèle aux photos, personnel très agréable, plage incroyable

Cons:

Impossible de reserver les restaurants, (hors buffet), en plusieurs jours de séjour, nous n'avons réussi qu'à en booker 1 seul, alors que j'ai regardé pour en réserver le jour même ou nous sommes arrivés, cest bien dommage de proposer une prestation et de ne pas pouvoir en profiter

Excellent
Pros:

Le buffet était incroyable, large choix de nourriture et de qualité. La plage était très belle et très calme sans beaucoup de personnes à cette période.
Le personnel était super gentil.
Je recommande définitivement le Palace au Turquoise si vous n’avez pas d’enfants.
