Sehr schönes modernes Hotel in sehr guter Strandlage.
Pros:

Das All inklusive Angebot war sehr gut - und das Personal sowohl im Restaurant als auch an den Bars war sehr höflich und freundlich.

Cons:

Da im All Inklusive Angebot ausdrücklich vermerkt ist, dass auch in (insgesamt vier) Spezialitätenrestaurants ein Tisch reserviert werden kann, wurde uns trotz einem Aufenthalt von 8 Übernachtungen nur dreimal eine solche Reservierung erlaubt,

Good food, comfortable stay, but not palace level & they are way too serious about the towel system
Pros:

the room is spacious and clean, the food is great and the pools are nice

Cons:

staff quality is very inconsistent. We checked in with a young lady who was blowing her nose and holding a tissue in her hand the whole time, and she was putting pen marks everywhere when she was showing us the map. The towel system is inconvenient, why do we NEED to exchange it for a card? It's not how other real Palaces work

Pros:

צוות מקסים. אווירה נעימה ומפנקת.
במיוחד השף גנגה שבישל עבורנו במיוחד אוכל טבעוני כל ערב.
תמיד בחיוך ובנעימות.
המיקום תחת להר מהמם וכל הפסיליטיז נוחים ומפנקים.

Real paradise
Pros:

Perfect hotel! The rooms are brand new, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The selection of food and drinks available all day long was exceptional, with plenty of variety for everyone.

Choosing the Adults Only category was definitely the best decision. The pool area was perfect and never felt crowded, making it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The beach is beautiful, and although it can be a bit windy at times, when the weather is calm the water is crystal clear and absolutely stunning.

Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality vacation.

Otel beklentimizin uzerindeydi. Zaten cocuk olmamasi basli basina rahatlik. Restoran gayet iyiydi ve yemekler 4* icin oldukca cesitliydi ve restoran calisanlari cok duzgundu, ari gibi heryere yetisiyorlardi. Bardaklarimiz bos kalmadi, kirli tabaklar hemen alindi. Otel zaten oldukca guzel, temiz. sahil cok iyi, bazi kisimlar hafif tasli ama cogu yerde ayakkabisiz girebildik suya. Havuz cevresi guzel, barlar hizli. Soylemeden gecmiyim, resepsiyonun ordaki kahveciye gelen pastalar kekler muthis! Cheesecake i ve havuclu keki kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Sympathie du personnel
Les cocktails du bar proche de la réception sont tres appréciés et très qualitatifs.

Cons:

Pas de réservations possible aux restaurant ls a la carte
Emplacement prévu pour le clubs elite ou nous n’avons meme pas le droit de passer
Buffet du restaurant (matin midi et soir) toujours pareil, qualité très moyenne, bouffe de cantine.
A part un jour ou nous avons eu des fruits de mer.
Animation du soir ( apres avoir expérimenté 5 autres Riu) prévoyez un changement radical ou supprimer cette animation ... (son trop fort, spectacle pas prenant ni waow... tenues bof...)
Les chambres sont très éloignées, couloirs immenses a perte de vue, pas cosy du tout, d’un froid semblable a un couloir d’un établissement médicalisé
Salle de bain pas propre et mal entretenue.
