Prachtig hotel antwerpen
Pros:

Attente vriendelijke medewerkers, over alle afdelingen ! Prima ligging, parkeergarage , familiekamer boekbaar, fijne douche, prachtige ambiance en hoogstaande kwaliteit producten zowel eten als inrichting)

Cons:

Bot broodmes
Houten roerstaafjes op de kamer ( lepeltjes passen meer bij hoogstaande kwaliteit)

Mooi , ruim , aangenaam stadshotel
Pros:

Mooi , ruim hotel met binnenterras in centrum . Personeel was vriendelijk . Ruime , propere kamer . Alles aanwezig .
Parking aan hotel op reservatie en tegen 34 euro / nacht

Cons:

Personeel was vriendelijk maar uitleg was beknopt , zowel over hotel als over parkeren . De garagepoort werd vanuit ingang van hotel even snel opengemaakt maar was al terug gesloten tegen dat we wilde binnenrijden . Terug dor de regen naar receptie van hotel om ze opnieuw te laten openen

Goede locatie, lekker ontbijt
Pros:

-Locatie dicht bij alles
-mooie, nette kamer
-uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt

Cons:

- Personeel kan wat beter opgeleid worden. Weinig uitleg, weinig kennis.
- geen hapjes aan de bar, terwijl we daar rond 18u wel aperitief hebben gedronken.

Experience Antwerp in style
Pros:

Location, style and overall vibes at the hotel were great. The hotel is close to most of the city attractions and has one of the best welcoming atmosphere in the city

Cons:

Overall, I really liked the experience. Couple of things that could be better: coffee (just not good) and gym (very small, and not enough variety of weights)

tout était bien et un excellent petit-dej et un magnifique hall d' hôtel - parking en face très pratique !

Cons:

problème technique de VMC un bruit infernal et manque de variété dans le petit-déjeuner pour la qualité et le prix de l'hotel

Too expensive and not comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, in a calm area close to the main Antwerp's attractions. Fantastic lobby and an inviting bar/restaurant downstairs. The staff is polite and competent (the service at breakfast in particular!). Breakfast was tasty. Good cosmetics in the well-designed bathroom. Water and cookies for a welcome. Free coffee/tea in the room. The bed was OK.

Cons:

The room was way too small. They call it "cosy" on the hotel's web-site, but I would rather call it "crampy". No place to store your stuff - the small wardrobe which can accommodate about two pieces of your cloth is a joke. No proper sitting area in the room. On top of that it is super-acoustic. It was quiet from the outside but not from the inside. You hear very well through thin walls what your neighbours are talking about and all the noises from the corridor. An overrated and too expensive place as for the comfort they offer. We will never come back.
