Best Kaprun accommodation
Pros:

Everything. The greatest stay we’ve ever had!
Emma Apartments exceeded all our expectations. The accommodation is beautiful, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The spa area is a real highlight — sauna, steam room, heated pool, and a peaceful relaxation room, all impeccably maintained.

The location is ideal for skiing in Kaprun, just a few minutes from the ski resorts, which made everything incredibly convenient.

We truly loved our stay, and the people were amazingly friendly and welcoming. We would absolutely love to come back if we get the chance!

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen. Die Unterkunft liegt an einem sehr ruhigen und wunderschönen Ort, perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst freundliche und herzliche Personal – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam, man merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Atmosphäre ist warm und angenehm, sodass man sich fast wie zu Hause fühlt.

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen – die Lage, die Ruhe, die Freundlichkeit und die gesamte Organisation. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen und können diesen Ort von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Great location and facilities for value
Pros:

Location was great both for car and bus. It was right in the middle of Kaprun and Zell so we easily went to both.
Room was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. Liked the facilities. We also had a nice mountain view

Cons:

Nothing major, just small tidbits: Heated pool was a bit on the colder side. Ski room door from inside the hotel is also locked so it caused a lot of back and forth as we were a group :)

Wonderful stay with stunning Alpine views
Pros:

I stayed at the property for three days with two friends, and we had a wonderful experience. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, which was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the apartment itself felt brand new—modern, stylish, and offering a stunning Alpine view.

The aparthotel also features a sauna, which we all really enjoyed. The outdoor pool was beautiful as well, although a bit cold for my taste.

Communication with the staff was excellent throughout our stay. They were extremely helpful, responsive, and kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated.
