Roaches, dogs barking in room next door all night, uncomfortable bed, drug addicts knocking on my door at midnight, and people outside being loud all night tweaking.
Overall perspective on the facility it's self isn't bad if what your looking for is just a place to sit back relaxed and the AC unit on Hot tub of water with epsom salt soak, rinse and dry off,back to the bed prope up the pillows your favorite drink on the table with remote Lock door and see you on Wednesday lol

This letter serves as a formal demand for a full refund of my entire stay at your hotel due to grossly unsanitary conditions, deceptive business practices, and improper withholding of funds. The manner in which this property is being operated is unacceptable and exposes your business to serious complaints and regulatory consequences.
During my three-night stay, my family and I were forced to remain in a room that was severely infested with cockroaches. This was not a minor issue. Over the course of our stay, we observed well over 100 cockroaches, including insects crawling and flying around the room while we were sleeping and landing on surfaces. This constitutes unsafe and uninhabitable lodging and is a clear failure to meet basic health and sanitation standards required of a hotel.
We immediately reported this issue and requested to be relocated to a cleaner room. We were told the hotel was “fully booked” and that no accommodation could be provided. Despite acknowledging the situation, management took no corrective action and left us with no choice but to remain in a contaminated room for three nights. This alone justifies a full refund.
In addition to the sanitation failure, your staff engaged in misleading and deceptive billing practices. I was charged a $40 security deposit at check-in. I later called the front desk to request a late checkout. At no point during that phone call was I informed that a $20 late checkout fee would be applied. Only upon checkout was this charge suddenly imposed. This undisclosed fee is unacceptable and appears intentionally misleading.
When I disputed the charge, the situation escalated into an unnecessary confrontation caused by staff’s refusal to acknowledge their failure to disclose the fee. To further compound the issue, I was not refunded my full security deposit. Only $20 was returned, with no legitimate explanation. Withholding a security deposit without cause is improper and unacceptable.

I didnt like Nothing they told me that they were full no rooms available untill tommorow so i loose my reservation i can book again tommorow
They disnt want to refund me after booking tell me no rooms available untill tomorrow
