Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Marienbad, Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke, viele Kneipen und Restaurants nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Tolles Wellness und Fitnesscenter, schöne Lounge, freundliches Personal

War unser erster und letzter Besuch im Butterfly.
Pros:

Schwimmbad war ok,zwar etwas klein,aber ok.Beim essen konnte jeder was finden wenn man wollte.

Cons:

Bett war für mich eine Katastrophe.Viel zu hart.Wollte mich Nachts nochmal schnell abbrausen und dann war der Strom weg als ich unter der Dusche stand.Kam kurz wieder und war dann wieder weg über längeren zeitraum.Mehr als eine Stunde.Parhaus war eine Katastrophe.Mit einem Ford Kuga da rein zu kommen ist schon Glück.War alles viel zu klein und zu eng.Vor allem das mit dem Auto Fahrstuhl.

Vsetko čisté, postele pohodlnè,ranajky skvelé.
Reštauracia vynovena, zakusky v lobby vyborne,citili sme sa velmi dobre

Cons:

Trochu staršie vybavenie napr. Fènale nebolo to nič čo by nam pokazilo celkový dojem.

Pros:

This was our second stay and we loved it again, especially the pool and the fantastic Magic Show. We had a minor issue with the pool staff this time, but the management handled it exceptionally well. After reaching out, the Resident Manager responded quickly and professionally. It’s rare to see such dedication to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended for families.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer. Obwohl es zur Straße war, war es sehr ruhig. Das Schwimmbad mit Sauna war inklusive- top! Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Das ganze Ambiente war toll, genau richtig für eine kurze Auszeit.

Cons:

Für uns waren die Bettdecken zu warm.

Perfekt für einen kleinen Trip
Pros:

Frühstück fabelhaft und genügend Auswahl. Zimmer sauber, täglicher Zimmerservice wenn man wünscht. Abends kann man auch an der Bar etwas trinken. Tagsüber Massage ect, sollte man jedoch vorher per Mail die Wünsche mitteilen, wegen Planung. Mit Auto wunderbar zu erreichen, Parkplätze in Tiefgarage vorhanden, sollte angemeldet werden, der Parkplatz. Zimmer totale Ruhe, kein Lärm, trotz naher Straße, außer jemand hört zu stark Fernsehen und da kann man die Rezeption anrufen, die das Problem klären.

Prei Leistung war ok , Dusche geht gar nicht!

Das Essen war gut

Cons:

Beim Duschen ist das ganze Wasser von der Wanne rausgekommen, da kein Duschvorhang da ist.Wenn große Personen duschen, schwimmt das ganze Bad im Wasser. Check out bis 11:00 , um 10:54 wollte ich die letzten zwei Taschen rausholen aus dem Zimmer und der Schlüssel war nicht mehr aktiv , man fühlt sich richtig rausgeschmissen , so nach dem Moto „ die Nächsten bitte“. Ich hätte darüber hinweg gesehen , aber an der Rezeption die Damen waren sooooo offensichtlich künstlich „nachsichtig“, dass ich ohne Worte war wie schnell man einen beim Check out los werden will. Der männliche Kollege beim Check im Hotel war hingegen sehr nett und zuvorkommend , Beim Check in haben wir ein paar schwarze Halbschuhe unter dem Bett vom Vorgänger gefunden. Haben sie an die Reinigungskraft übergeben. Also unter den Betten schauen lohnt sich sage ich nur 🫣🤭.
