Φαίνεται απεριποίητο,παρατημένο.θα μπορούσε να είναι βαμμένο να φύγουν οι υγρασίες.οι ξαπλώστρες να είναι καινούριες τ μαξιλάρια καθαρά .τ τραπέζι της καμάρας φαίνεται ότι είναι παρατημένο.υπαρχει έξω στ πισίνα ένα μπαρ τ οποίο θα μπορούσε άνετα να λειτουργεί .η πισίνα να είναι καλοβαλμένη με πέτρες που γεμίζουν όλη την πισίνα από γύρω.

Allocated lounges taken by other occupants as our location was by the pool. Not able to enjoy the only late afternoon we had in the sun which we paid a high price for. Staff need to make it clear that these loungers are not for general use

We were disappointed with our stay, especially considering how expensive the suite was. The breakfast was nothing like what was advertised in the hotel’s photos or shown by previous guests. We expected a generous breakfast with pastries, cakes, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, and a variety of options, but instead we only received scrambled eggs, plain toast, butter, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. The difference was significant and felt misleading.
In addition, the air conditioning was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also noticed a thick layer of dust underneath the head of the bed, which gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The blanket provided was also very thin and not comfortable.
For the price we paid, we expected much better quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The location and views were beautiful, but overall the experience did not justify the high cost. We hope the hotel improves its standards and ensures that what is advertised matches what guests actually receive.

La ubicación excelente por las vistas, el ambiente es muy tranquilo y el personal fue excepcionalmente amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. El desayuno fue maravilloso, muy completo y de gran calidad, además de poder disfrutarlo con unas vistas espectaculares. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.
Realmente nos encantó nuestra estancia y es difícil encontrar aspectos negativos. Como pequeña sugerencia de mejora, sería muy útil disponer de un baño y una ducha en la zona de la piscina para los huéspedes que ya han hecho el check-out y esperan su vuelo. También sería práctico poder comprar agua embotellada en el propio alojamiento, ya que el agua del grifo no es potable. Son solo pequeños detalles, porque en general la experiencia ha sido maravillosa.
