Pros:

The location was exceptional with beautiful views and a beautiful pool. The staff were so friendly and provided us with a lovely breakfasts every morning. When I come back to Santorini I will definitely come back to Alta Vista

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with helpful staff and a great location.
Pros:

I really liked how friendly and welcoming the staff were during my stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area.

Cons:

I felt that some of the facilities could have been a bit more modern or better maintained. The room could also have been slightly more comfortable. Overall, these were small issues but still noticeable.

Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο. Η τοποθεσία μαγική, όλη η καλντέρα μπροστά σου. Το Φηροστεφανι είναι ήσυχο χωριό που συνδέεται άμεσα με τα Φηρά και το Ημεροβιγλι. Ιδανικό για περπάτημα.

Sehr kleine dusche, zu klein für ein 1.90m Herr, sehr feucht im Zimmer die ganze Nacht nach dem duschen. Keine wirkliche Rezeption

Excellent location and staff but in desperate need of repairs.
Pros:

It’s in a beautiful location. Great view, great staff, clean.

Cons:

It’s in quite disrepair. The room I was staying in was very damp with dehumidifier filling up within few hours. There is no window. The aircon is very noisy, I had to turn it off to get some sleep. So is the fridge. It only has two settings- noisy and freezing or off 🤣 The taps in the bathroom are loose and leaking. Paint on the walls is peeling. The swimming pool is not heated, ice cold. Stairs down to the property are very steep and sharp and there’s not sufficient lighting so quite dangerous after dark.
