Pros:

Es war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders gut war das Frühstück und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Auch wenn es etwas außerhalb gelegen ist, ist es mit der Straßenbahn sehr gut angebunden. Ein paar nette Restaurants und Cafés sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor Ort.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich finde es für ein 4 Sterne Hotel etwas ungewöhnlich, dass man die Zimmerreinigung extra anmelden muss. Der Nachhaltigkeitsaspekt ist gut, einfacher und angenehmer wäre jedoch, ein Türschild bereitzustellen, mit dem man das an der Tür signalisieren kann.

I have stayed in this apartment hotel over the past 20 years: it is not what it used to be.
Pros:

The hotel is undergoing renovations. I was on the upper floor and had to carry my suitcases down four stories to the reception upon leaving because the elevators are not in order.

Cons:

War enttäuscht über die karge Ausstattung der Utensilien für die Kochnische......Wassekocher, 2 Tassen und 2 Kaffeelöffel

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet.
Pros:

Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit sehr freundlichem Service.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr beengt und für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste zu klein.

Pros:

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück ausreichend.Zimmer war ansprechend, allerdings für 4 Sterne 🌟 sind wir mehr Komfort gewohnt.
Besonderen Dank an die Herzlichkeit vom Barkeeper und Personal vom Restaurant.

Cons:

Sehr enge Zufahrt zum parken,Parkbuchten sehr beengt.
Leider ist 1 von 2 vorhandenen Fahrstühlen defekt gewesen.
Für so viele Zimmer,Übernachtungsgäste war die Wartezeit sehr lange.

Ξεκούραση το βράδυ και εξόρμηση στην πόλη και τα αξιοθεατα την ημέρα.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά καλή. Ήταν σχεδόν δίπλα σε στάση του τραμ το οποίο πηγαίνει κέντρο. Ήσυχη περιοχή με σούπερ μάρκετ και καφέ ακριβώς από κάτω.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν κάπως ακριβό 22 ευρώ το άτομο την ημέρα και το πάρκινγκ ήταν επί πληρωμής 20 Ευρώ η μέρα.

Location, view (our room had a balcony that look on at the hills), breakfast had a good selection

Cons:

Bed: got up wrecked every morning. Neither the bed nor the pillows had enough support.
Noise: I woke to the noisy talking in the corridor, the door had zero soundproofing

A good hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was very pleasant. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the mini kitchen and on-site parking. The room was clean and cozy. There are many grocery stores and cafés nearby where you can grab a quick bite. A tram stop is within walking distance, making it easy to get to the city center. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There is a road nearby, which might bother some guests, but it didn’t disturb me at all. Just a small note.
