obsługa bardzo miła, poza tym hotel poprawny ale bez szału

bardzo miła obsługa, na zdecydowany plus bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe (duży parking pod hotelem). Pokoje były w porządku, były dostępne czajnik, suszarka do włosów, żel pod prysznic i ręczniku. Bardzo dobra kawa do śniadania

Gutes Potenzial, aber der Schlafkomfort muss verbessert werden.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, besonders praktisch wegen der einfachen Erreichbarkeit und der Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Der Parkplatz war problemlos nutzbar, was in Island ein großer Vorteil ist. Der Check-in und Check-out an der Rezeption verliefen schnell und unkompliziert. Das Personal war professionell und freundlich. Vor allem das Frühstückspersonal war sehr angenehm, hilfsbereit und herzlich, was den Start in den Tag positiv beeinflusst hat.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige negative Punkte. Die Jalousie im Zimmer war defekt und ließ sich nicht schließen, sodass die ganze Nacht Licht ins Zimmer fiel. Dadurch haben wir schlecht geschlafen. Auch die Matratzen waren unbequem, was den Schlafkomfort zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Great hotel, good location, warm and comfy room. Would stay again!
Pros:

It was easy to park and check in, really cosy and warm. Very comfy bed and a clean room! We stayed with our children and the hotel provided a cot with lovely bedding and prepared the sofa bed. Excellent breakfast! I’d recommend.

Cons:

We were on the ground floor and it was a little noisy from the guests above us.

Pros:

For the price this facility is excellent! The location is perfect in my opinion because it’s right off a main road which is easy access from the airport and about 10 minutes drive into Reykjavík city center. Parking is free and you park right outside of the entrance to the hotel, which is very convenient after exploring all day the last thing you want to do is to look for parking when you come back to your hotel.
The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast buffet offered in the morning has something for everyone. Eggs, bread, coffee, yogurts with cereal and oatmeal. I find it to be very good value, and I it’s very likely I’ll stay again when I return to explore more of Iceland.

Cons:

Nothing. It’s not the Ritz, it’s very simple but that is what you pay for.
