Lokalizacja, na zwiedzanie idealne.

Pierwszy pokój to sama prawda z opini , hałasujący ludzie z ulicy ,do późnych godzin ,wentylator na zewnątrz, tez duzo decybeli, zniszona kanapa, urwany korek od kuchenki , poplamiony fotel , brak kabiny tylko zasłona i na koniec hit , drugiego dnia spłuczka z toalety, musiałem garnkiem kilkakrotnie spłukać! Oczywiście zamianę na drugi pokoj bez problemu, ale trzy okna dwa z widokiem nie na piekna rzekę tylko środek budynku , mocno nie strzelne co powoduje ze w pokoju zimno a klimatyzacja zeby ogrzać taki duży pokoj parę godzin plus strasznie głośna . Aneks kuchenny, brak sztućców dobrze ze zabrałem kilka z drugiego pokoju bo jakbym czekał na odzew z recepcji , cały dzień, jak z toaletą ktora po powrocie około 20 dalej nie naprawiona dobrze ze był drugi pokój wolny . Dobrze ze w toalecie wanna ale korek niedopasowany i woda trochę ucieka.
Ogólnie hotel spełnia dobra bazę wypadową do zwiedzania ale brak śniadania w cenie i jakość pokoju trochę za dużo pieniądze.

I didn't like the display of snacks in the room that was for sale, thought it was kind of tacky to do that, if you're selling items it should have been at the desk and not in the guest rooms, just my opinion, but I absolutely enjoyed my stay

Confusing and discerning.
Pros:

Location and value was great, however, unaware there was two hotels combined into one building, make sure you ask for club quarters, or they will place you in the River hotel which is falsely advertised on different platforms and websites, I booked under club quarters on Wacker and they put me in River hotel, I didn’t noticed until I seen the sign in the elevator that clearly wasn’t Club Quarters. Feeling like I got duped.

the stay was excellent i enjoyed myself quite a bit. 100 characters is crazy though i just want to see my invoice. costumer service was top tier and very helpful everyone from the front desk to maintenance.

From the moment I was greeted by the gent at the front desk and throughout my stay, I was really impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of everyone I encountered. The rooms were clean and well kept, just what I needed. Oh and the coffee supply on the second floor made my days . Will definitely go back .

I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay.

I contacted the hotel in advance and was assigned a river-view room, which was confirmed at check-in. We were initially placed in room 1505. Later that evening, around 11:00 PM, I contacted the front desk due to a strong odor in the room. I explained that I am pregnant and very sensitive to smells and asked if it would be possible to change rooms.

While the front desk did move us, the staff member commented that I had requested a view room and then reassigned us to a room facing a brick wall with significant noise. Unfortunately, this room was much worse, and we were unable to sleep properly.

What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy and consideration, especially given the late hour and the circumstances. I would have expected either a comparable room or a more thoughtful approach when addressing a legitimate comfort concern.

I hope management reviews this experience, as better communication and compassion could have made a significant difference.
