Pros:

The staff are hard working people with a lot manners i like most Zoi the restaurant and the girl at the pizza bar outside she was so sweet and polite and hard working person. These two people deserves to raise the salary

Cons:

Every day same food is boring and all inclusive drinks are served to 21.00. There is not safety at all in the rooms. We had reservation at junior suit with private pool.The floor was slipery and my partner fall down lucky he didn't hurt himself. I had ny baby with me which was not to safe to let him walk on the slipery floor

Pros:

Персоналът беше наистина много внимателен и отзивчив. Особено служителите в столовата бяха много полезни – събираха празните чинии и помагаха във всякакви ситуации. Помогнаха ни с намирането на столче за бебе и пренасянето на бебешката количка, което беше много ценно.
Местоположението на хотела е много хубаво, точно до морето и лесно достъпно. Храната беше вкусна. Безплатният паркинг е голям и удобен.

Cons:

Въпреки че хотелът е all inclusive, след 21:00 нямаше бар, където да седнете и да пиете нещо. Баровете, които имаше, бяха извън all inclusive и трябваше да се плаща, което беше доста нелогично и разочароващо. Музиката и развлекателните програми почти липсваха; ако имаше такива, бяха в един от трите платени бара. Затова, въпреки all inclusive, след 21:00 трябваше да се оттеглим в стаите. Шезлонгите на плажа бяха недостатъчни. Въпреки че във всяка стая имаше кафе машина, кафето беше ограничено до 2 на ден. Интернетът беше малко слаб.

-Staff was all friendly and helpfully.
-Chef too was friendly and professional (helped me with blended food for my baby)
-Food was very good.
-Swim-Up room was great and the right choice to have privacy and relax with family.

Cons:

-Beach Bar maybe need to be included in all inclusive or to have cheap prices, i think is to much 3.5 euro one espresso.

Otel ile ilgili tek olumlu olarak değerlendirebileceğim husus , Personelin ( Hizmet Eden Arkadaşların ) güler yüzlü olması ve sorduğunuz sorulara keyifle cevap vermesi ya da sizlere hizmet vermesi ancak Yönetim tamamen fiyasko , berbat ötesi.

Cons:

ilk olarak Yönetim Kadrosu berbat , hiç bir şekilde güler yüzlü değiller bir de üzerine siz onların çalışanıymışsınız gibi tavırlar ve konuşma uslübu bulunmakta , otopark konusunda ciddi sorunlar var ve aracım büyük bir SUV olmasından dolayı kendi görevlililerinin beni kendisinin park ettirmesine rağmen müdür kisvesinde birinin gelip beni azarlayarak buraya arabamı konur sen ne sanıyorsun kendini şeklinde konuşması beni tamamen sinirlendirdi. Yemek konusuna gelecek olursak hergün aynı yemekler , kısıtlı yemekler çeşit azlılığı tamamen fiyasko , 6 gun kaldık ve oglen aksam yemeklerinde sadece makarna yedık , sabahleyin yumurta ya da krep ya da waffle yapan birisi var o da yaptıklarını saklıyor uğraşmak istemiyor sayı ile veriyor kaç kişisin yok okadar veremem gibi tabirler bir otele yakışmayan hareketler , o da temizliği tamamen yarım yamalak , ya üzerimize orteceğimiz ortuyu unutuyorlar ya da yastık değiştirmeyi , iki kez üst üste havlu koymayı unuttular , açıkçası 2000 euro para verip bu kadar mağdur olabileceğim bir tatil daha önce asla yapmadım bundan sonra da Booking üzerinden yapacağım rezervasyonlara çok daha dikkat ederek hareket edeceğim.

Cons:

Managerul de hotel sare la bătaie la turiști.
A găurit cauciucurile la 1 masina, punând pietre ascuțite la cauciucuri pentru ca a parcat ilegal.parcarea lor fiind betonata. Apus in pericol viata unui copil... no comentarii. Limbaj vulgar si nesimțire la maxim. Curățenie se face 1 data pe săptămâna!

- right on the beach
- The staff was amazing
- The food was really good with no repetitions on the main courses.
- fruits available throughout the day

Cons:

- The all inclusive coffee is a joke (thankfully there's the Al mondo bat where you can get a decent espresso with an extra charge)
- some extra sunbeds would be nice.
- more kids activities. I could see the amenities but it would be nice for the hotel to have its own animaters.
