Very nice!
Pros:

We had an incredible stay at Nek Suites - I was slightly worried at the lack of tripadvisor reviews but on Booking.com (where |booked) there was many glowing reviews so went ahead.
The apartments are stunning, very clean and modern - full kitchen, shower is 10/10, balcony, the bed is one of the best hotel beds we've stayed in - my partner and I slept like babies! Full aircon upstairs and down, plenty of closet space (and hangers) for us both. WiFi, TV - 1 could go on!
The pool area was bigger than I was expecting with lovely outside beds. It's a quiet area and many of the other guests were similar to us, adult couples ages around 25-45 I would guess.
There's street parking available. It's a 10 minute drive into town.
24 hour check in was great for us as we arrived late. Athena was very helpful and kept the rooms spotless.
Highly recommend trying the cafes nearby - Carte Postale and Koukouvaya (our favourite) have incredible views.
Overall 10/10!

Cons:

For the price it would be great to come with breakfast but apart from that all good!

Struttura nuova e molto comoda. Ordinata e pulita. Parcheggio libero nelle immediate vicinanze. Lo consiglio tantissimo.

Quirky apartments accessible to Chania
Pros:

Quirky, modern, two story apartments with a terrace to the front and a long thin pool. Easily accessible, on street parking nearby and fine for an overnight stay.

Cons:

The noise insulation on the properties is very low. You can hear your neighbours through the walls, and hear the vibration of the metal staircase.

We had no problems but of course if your neighbours are noisier you may have a different experience.

Mooie accommodatie, van alle gemakken voorzien, modern en werd iedere dag netjes bijgehouden en schoongemaakt.

Pros:

Todo, el personal es muy amable, te explican sitios te interés turístico. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in para dejar las maletas y se apresuraron el limpiar la habitación para que pudiéramos instalarnos antes de la hora acordada. Todo estaba muy limpio, limpiaban a diario. La ubicación está genial porque estas a pocos minutos de Chania y del aeropuerto y cerca de conexiones para poder hacer turismo por la isla.
Además el apartamento en sí es muy moderno y coqueto.

Cons:

Como único inconveniente el horno no funcionaba y se escuchaba un poco el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas.

Die Appartements sind sehr sauber, komfortabel und modern. Top Ausgangslage um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Neben dem Pool sind die Strände nicht weit entfernt. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Pros:

Locatie was op 15 minuten van Chania stad met de auto, en goede uitvalshoek voor dagtrips.

Cons:

Af en toe koud water, maar wel voor de rest een superfijne douche. Had iets schoner gemogen.
De oven werkte niet direct, schiet op beveiliginsslot.
Ik vond persoonlijk het kussen te hard. Maar bedden lagen heerlijk.
Had liever ook een losse lamp gehad. Licht was erg fel.
Batterijen van de afstandbedieningen waren zo goed als leeg.

Entspannter Urlaub!
Pros:

Super Lage, um mit dem Auto nach Chania zu fahren. Auch viele Restaurants waren in der Gegend und (mit dem Auto) gut zu erreichen.
Die Unterkunft war außerdem groß und sauber. Auch der Pool war toll. Zudem war es ruhig. Perfekt zum Erholen!

μετα το γάμο μας , μείναμε εκει , ηταν φοβερή τοποθεσία , απ τα πιο ανετα κρεβάτια που εχω μείνει και ο χωρος πεντακάθαρος και η γειτονιά εκει πολύ ησυχη , παντα εβρισκες να παρακάρεις
