Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, but also remote enough to be outside of the main road. The staff were very friendly and we loved playing with the dogs - they loved playing fetch with the snow! Breakfast was plentiful and we appreciated the sauna in cold winter evenings.

Cons:

Our only small gripe was that the bathrooms are more like wet rooms, meaning that the shower overflows and floods the whole bathroom. We were unsure whether this was normal or whether our shower drain was blocked and used up our towels to soak up the water (which were promptly replaced in any case)

L'emplacement est magique, le bâtiment est vraiment magnifique et les chambres très confortables et très propres. Petit déjeuner de qualité avec des produits frais et délicieux.
Emplacement idéal pour voir des belles aurores boréales

Dans l'annonce c'était bien écrit qu'il y avait un jacuzzi/bain à remous, En fait il s'agit simplement d'un bain chaud. J'étais un peu déçue car je me faisais une joie de passer un bon moment dans un vrai jacuzzi...

部屋はシンプルだったが快適に過ごせた。水回りも清潔だった。レストランの夕食のメニューは多くはないが、どれも優しい味で美味しかった。オーロラが目の前で見れた。部屋からも見ることが出来て満足した。

Great South Coast Iceland stay.
Pros:

Beautiful little hotel tucked away in the countryside but close to highway 1 and centrally located between Reykjavik and Vik. Close to all the South Coast and Golden Circle sites. We had a cozy cottage with a two twins side by side bedroom downstairs, a loft with two side by side twins up above, a bathroom on the first floor. Would have loved a tiny kitchenette to wash out glasses etc but there is a minifridge. There are river views, sheep and horses in the field just behind the cottage, walking trails. There is a hot tub, a cold plunge and a sauna to relax in attached to the hotel so a short walk from our cottage. The included breakfast was delicious and the restaurant has a great view of mountains. We did not partake in dinner but the surroundings were very welcoming. We were treated to a spectacular northern lights show our last night there. On top of all this a very reasonable price. Perfect.

Cons:

I would have loved a kitchenette.
