Nice property in a great location!
Pros:

Excellent location and very nice property. Spacious enough for one couple. Apartment was well equipped and having a washer & dryer was nice to have. Designated parking space in the secured garage was great. Within walking distance to Riverside Market and lots of restaurants.

Great spot for a short stay.
Pros:

There's so much we liked about the studio apartment. Really well appointed, with comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful kitchen with all appliances and tools, as well as a good balcony with very comfortable furniture. A comfortable couch facing a smart TV with all apps built in and good WiFi. The carpark was nice and spacious, easy to navigate and park. Good location on the edge of the CBD.

Cons:

The only slight negative is that the spaces are a little tight. There's not much room to lay open a suitcase, for example. But this is only a minor thing, otherwise it was great.

Modern apartments in ideal location
Pros:

Great location easy walking distance to centre, shops, restaurants etc. Modern, well equipped apartments. We were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment which was appreciated.

Cons:

Very small apartment, no space in bedroom for even carry on size bags. As mentioned by others, minimal supplies of basics such as dishwashing liquid etc, not even a spare roll of toilet paper or a box of tissues which is standard in most establishments. We arrived for a four night stay late afternoon before a long weekend so reception was closed the entire time we were there. We did not see a staff member the entire time except for check in - no option to request replenishment of supplies and had to purchase items at a supermarket which didn’t carry smaller quantities for travellers. Probably wouldn’t stay again for that reason. The apartments don’t really cater for short stays in my view.
