We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment - clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped.
Pros:

The cleanliness and its well-maintained facilities. The location was excellent—situated just at the fringe of the city centre, yet within easy reach of restaurants, supermarkets, the Riverside Market, and the beautiful Botanic Gardens. We especially appreciated the peaceful and quiet environment, which made it ideal for rest and relaxation during our holiday. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and we would certainly consider returning.

Cons:

The supply of basic hot beverages and toiletries was rather limited.

Pros:

Great location, easy to walk into the city and to the Botanical gardens. Clean and comfortable bed. Shower was good but very small bathroom.

Cons:

Pillows too soft for our liking, kept hearing the lift moving at night as it was just next to our room. We were not greeted by the reception staff when we handed in our signed agreement as he was on the phone. Oven and microwave were combined and couldn't use the oven function as oven trays and shelves were missing.

Great location, modern apartment but a terrible bed which was unsupportive.
Pros:

Every thing except a really bad bed, stains on carpet in front of sofa and the fabric sofa which cannot be wiped clean between visitors. Fabulous location

All in all, we really enjoyed our accommodation and its easy proximity to the city and transport. We really appreciated
Pros:

Location, modern, great facilities, eg. Kitchen with cooking appliances and equipment, a decent sized fridge, lovely big and comfortable bed, lovely view, close to the city and transport, secure and safe, excellent position on top floor after we were generously upgraded. A parking space with remote operated heavy gate to access and secure access doors to building.

Cons:

The floors were very dirty in our apartment along with air vents in the bathroom. Floor drains and air vents seem to be overlooked quite often from what we have experienced. It’s a wonder they even work sometimes due to the build up of coagulated dust and dirt which is matter together by the moisture and air passing through them. I also didn’t prefer the paper packaged bathroom soap and bodywash etc provided. Whilst I understand they are “complementary”, it is quite inefficient trying to access liquid soap from a paper sleeve under a running shower. Most places these days seem to be using bottled soaps fixed to the walls.

Fantastic property close to everything and only a short walk to the tourist tram.
Pros:

Close to the centre of town but surprisingly quiet.
Spacious studio apartment with a laundry.
Kitchen was great with a dishwasher.
Shower was NOT over a bath ( my pet hate). Water pressure was fantastic.
