Mi Casa Hotel

It was charged sixteen dollars. For breakfast which I checked in around 7pm Thursday and left at 11 am Friday. I've said breakfast was included, which was free. And they charged me for parking in internet again, Wichita said on their website parking internet was free. I will be addressing this with the general manager. Also, the ice machine didn't owe? The food was horrible. I don't think it wasn't very appealing.

Limpieza de las habitaciones y olor a humedad

Hotel is a tear down condition property, everything is very old and in need of repair. When we got to our room tap in bath was running and could not be shut off, mildew smell, broken dresser, carpet was so old it had folds in it from vacuuming. Even though we had no refunds and had booked in for 4 days we left.

It was so bad even though there was no refund policy we left. I have been in some dumps but never one this bad. When we arrived parking lot was empty, abandon empty and the whole place looked like it. Went in to reception, people in it looked like long term renters that can't afford anything else, got our keys and immediately thought this is a big mistake, got to the room, bathtub faucet was running, room stunk of mildew, carpet was so old it was stretched and wrinkled where they vacuumed, furniture damaged. This place makes a 2 star in Cuba look good (and I've stayed in one). DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

La habitación está sucia llena de cucarachas y huelen mal, no caiga agua caliente, tenían poca iluminación, la regadera estaba quebrada la llave, me volvieron a cobrar impuesto de $22.50 dólares el cual ya había pagado al reservar me dijeron que me lo devolvieron pero no tengo confirmación del banco de ninguna devolución al igual que el depósito de $50 dólares aún no me lo han devuelto.

Todo estaba sucio
Las sábanas estaban rotas
Habían cucarachas
Al entrar a la habitación huele a marihuana o canabis
O saber que otras sustancias
1 rollo de papel por los 9 días que estuvimos
Nunca nos cambiaron las sábanas de las 2 camas
Los huéspedes tomaban en las gradas o escaleras, se quebrarán los envases y dejaban allí, no los recogía nadie

The breakfast room was crowded and small for the amount of rooms on the premises.

The room was outdated and carpet rip apart with tiny nails sticking out. The ice machine didn’t work

Couldn’t find our booking. Very rude front desk. Our tv didn’t work, we complained & maintenance said they’d be back, never came back. After we complained AGAIN to the front desk, we kept getting someone repeatedly beat on our door, like they were trying to scare us and harass us. We actually packed up that night & left a whole day earlier than we were supposed to.

I had to pay a service fee that I was not told about, however we received no service at all the entire stay. We asked for the beds to be remade on the first night as the sheets where dirty, got back from dinner and all they did was throw a blanket on the bed and didn't change the sheets. Safe was broken, asked them to fix it and nothing was done. On the 3rd day we asked again for the sheets to be changed and still nothing was done, even though they said they had, but dirt and stains where in the same place. Was only given 3 towels and no floor mat or hand towels or face washes. The towels where all old from the comfort Inn days, so at least 4 years old, Pillows where the same vintage. Carpet was so discussing that our feet where black just from walking from the bathroom to the bed. Dead cockroach on the bathroom floor that remained there our entire stay, so room was not attended to once in an 8 day stay. A/C just blew the mould around the room, as the room stunk of mould.

That the elevators were down. The room was a bit dirty when we got there and the bathroom floor felt very unstable. The chain for the toilet kept breaking off so we had to keep fixing it. The aircon is really noisy as well.

They did the best they could with an aged location. No ice available. I did not feel trusted when I was not allowed to bring breakfast to my room to eat. Breakfast has to be consumed in the dining area. This area is too small for the hotel size.
