Pros:

Just the location

Cons:

Firstly, I did not receive the room I had booked. It's the end of January, with an average external temperature of around 10°C. The room I booked was advertised as having an internal hot tub, but instead I was given a room with an external jacuzzi, which was dirty and unusable due to the cold weather.
Additionally, the room was not clean. The shower drain was blocked, and the overall condition of the room was extremely poor.
There was a kettle available in the room, but no suitable place to use it. In order to make coffee, I had to plug it into a socket on the opposite wall and hold the kettle in my hands while the water was heating.
Overall, the experience was far below expectations and unacceptable for this type of accommodation.
This was not a suite experience; it felt more like a hostel with private bathroom.

Το νερό στο μπάνιο ερχόταν ένα δευτερόλεπτο παγωμένο ένα δευτερόλεπτο καυτό.
Το κρεβάτι άθλιο.
Πάμε εκεί είχαμε κλείσει τζακούζι μέσα στο δωμάτιο και μας βάλανε με εξωτερικό χωρίς ενημέρωση.

Limited refurbishment of the room, not well described in advance. Moistured room, due to alive jacuzzi inside the room. Only watercoffee machine available at breakfast, cappuccino on extracharge

We always feel very welcome and comfortable at this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast had really improved since our last stay with a lot more variety.
The bar and pool area was wonderful. The staff were superb as always and the cats and kittens around the hotel were a real joy to be around.
Just a few modernisations could make this the perfect hotel.
The maids did a very good job at making our beds and giving us fresh towels.

Cons:

Our room was very pleasant and spacious- but….. the bed was very old and constantly creaked and clanked. The bathroom was extremely dated and shabby and the few bits of furniture that were on the balcony were badly faded and broken so could not be used.

Lieve mensen .werken hard en niks is teveel gevraagd.konden van kamer wisselen en ook een bedlampje werd direkt geregeld

Cons:

Rondom de village en resort wat achterstallig onderhoud losliggende tegels rommelig terrein alhoewel de tuin/ klusjesman ook iedere dag in de weer was ook om de stroomstoringen weer te fixen en alles zo goed mogelijk op orde te houden.

Pros:

Really nice hotel. We spend only one night there as our flight were canceled but the level of hospitality was above our expectation. We had dinner there which was really tasty and also recommended wine was great. Hotel have romantic atmosphere with mixture of Greek and French style.

Struttura per inglesi….
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione perfetta per muoversi comodamente sull’isola
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione per gli italiani è veramente limitata. Totale assenza di caffè decente se non a pagamento e anche lì siamo appena sufficiente.
Le pulizie nella stanza sono molto approssimative e vengono fatte in orari scomodi. Esci a fare colazione ed al ritorno trovi la signora delle pulizie mentre tu hai bisogno della stanza.
La piscina è frequentata esclusivamente da inglesi che fanno quello che voglio e senza alcun rispetto di chi vorrebbe un pochino di tranquillità.
Ciliegina sulla torta…il giorno della nostra partenza dopo 10 giorni di soggiorno hanno avuto il coraggio di chiederci 5 euro per un asciugamano da utilizzare 2 ore….
