Un soggiorno rilassante e comodo, con ottima assistenza e servizi
Pros:

Molto comoda la posizione e l’assistenza h24, personale sempre iper cordiale e disponibile, la pulizia delle stanze è soddisfacente e la comodità che dà la password è senza dubbio utile, finalmente basta ricordarsi solo un codice senza avere chiavi su chiavi, consigliatissimo

Cons:

Migliorerei forse un po il sito web, perché ogni tanto dà problemi e tende a bloccarsi, ma non ho mai avuto o subito problemi in relazione al problema elencato

Resolución de problemas rápidos pero primero alojamiento en mal estado
Pros:

Me gustó la rapidez en la contestación de problemas que nos ocurrieron durante la estancia y el trato recibido.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con el alojamiento que nos tocó al principio nos propusieron cambiar de habitación y eran altas horas de la madrugada cuando hicimos el cambio, el problema llegó cuando una vecina de abajo gritaba porque estábamos realizando el cambio e intentamos hacer el mínimo ruido posible para poder acoplarnos adecuadamente en el nuevo apartamento, porque la situación en el apartamento antiguo era complicada por la falta de higiene y bichos.
Cuando estábamos en el segundo apartamento todo iba correctamente y disfrutamos de una buena estancia.
Por otro lado, el sofá cama no era cómodo en el segundo apartamento, estaba hundido por el centro.
La cama sí era más comoda.

Most definitely will be coming back.
Pros:

Kitchen was great, very spacious.

Cons:

Beds weren’t the greatest, but for a short stay definitely will do the job.

Pros:

emplacement = à 30 min max de tout
cuisine = tres peu equipee mais fonctionnelle

Cons:

propreté = poussieres sous le lit, rideaux jaunis, mur de la chambre sales
respect = les personnes au dessus de nous couraient et marchaient non stop (je parle du soir evidemment ) , , pas de respect pour les autres personnes.
pas de toilettes dans l entree ???

los servicios, la habiltacion de early check in

Cons:

ni cocina, ni baño, ni dormitorio tienen ventanas. el estar tenia 3 pequeñas trabadas, no hay prácticamene ventilación. la zona es buena, pero sin servicios en las inmediaciones

Great apartment, just improve the soundproofing
Pros:

Great apartments, beautifully organised, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Sliding doors didn't work in both rooms we had. We had to move from 1st room as front door or lift was keeping us awake at night - could do with better soundproofing. Some more kitchen items (egg cups, sieve etc) would be good.

Apartamento aceptable
Pros:

La entrada al apartamento era sencilla y las instalaciones se veían modernas

Cons:

Se encuentra un poco alejado del centro y se dejaron una toalla sucia. Entramos alejado checkin 1 hora tarde.
