Great that parking was included, and not stress with the booking
Well positioned
Wasn't cleaned well .
Parking was bad there's a garage but my vehicle wouldn't fit in .
Unfortunately the room we stayed in was very dirty, there was dust on all the surfaces, hair on the tables, and in the bed, filthy windows, and multiple holes in the walls. The pillows for the sofa bed were so thin and terrible to sleep on. Overall a very disappointing stay for the cost and it seemed that the host takes little pride in the state of the rooms they’re presenting. I definitely would not book to stay here again
It was close to the city
People coming in that we didnt know with out letting as know Had to park across the rd at wearhouse door alarm wouldnt stop buzzing off it had holes an big stains on the walls wasnt wipe down when we got in stair had stain an doors me an my family where disappointed for the amount on money we payed im waiting for my kids to send me photos of the shed it was full of stuff
Garage parking off road. Great kitchen area for family and on suite for every room
A large space that catered to our large whanau. Staff were extremely helpful and catered to our late checkout for a small fee. The home is spacious and has 3 levels to give couples some peace and quiet from the group. The balcony on the 3rd floor is amazing and has afternoon sunlight, and the spa bath in the main room is so relaxing.
Loved that every room had its own ensuite, loved the kitchen and had a heatpump in every room.
Very central to the shops.
We attended a Tangi at Tipenes funeral which was only a 5min drive, so great location for where we needed to be.
Had washing on a horse in the garage, not very appealing!!!
Definetly needed a vacuum and coffee table in the main lounge had coffee rings.
Property was great. Very clean. Great location.
Sofa bed was too small. Had to sleep on the floor. No kitchen sink. Much smaller than I expected. Make sure you look and understand what you’re booking. For 1/2 people. Perfect.

I loved the location, the fact that every bedroom had a bathroom, it could fit all people attending and just the vibe.
The vacuum wasn't working, downstairs toilet still had shit stains stuck to the bowl and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Other than that it was great.

We love the location and have stayed at Royal Residency and few times now
It was our first time booking the 1 bedroom and we didn’t realise we had to park along the stone wall which ended up being fine. The pathway to the back door was muddy as it had been raining and the overall cleanliness needs a bit more tlc
It was in a good location and was a good sized apartment. I was pleased the wardrobes had coat hangers and full length mirrors as we were attending a wedding. The couch in the living room was also comfortable.
I run my own cleaning business so the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. Walls were very marked, cupboards in the kitchen and fridge were covered in finger marks, rubbish down the side of couch on window sill, and I was surprised there was a electric socket in the hallway by the stairs which was hanging off the wall. I also thought the stick vacuum cleaner should not have been on display in the living room the garage would be a better place for it. Also only one spear blanket in one room and no top sheet on our bed I found odd. Also this is the first place I have ever stayed in that did not have even a small milk carton to make a coffee on arrival before you do your own shop.
Beautiful apartment, induvial space for everyone. Great central Auckland location.
Our Ute did not fit in the garage and not a lot of parking space and no roadside parking.
