Indtjekning var helt håbløs.
Man kunne tjekke in online men selv om man gjorde det måtte man stå i kø (uanset online beskeden var at man kunne springe køen over)
Overvej en digital nøgleboks løsning. Virkelig.
Jeg ventede 20 min. Det var træls for gæsterne men det var simpelthen unfair overfor Nikolaj i skranken. Som ellers tog det med ulastelig ro, selvom han tydeligt var stesset!

Morgenmaden var super god
Udsigten var god, vi boede på 7. etage

Det er træls når man er på afslapningsweekend at man skal booke og passe tiden til morgenmad
Vi ventede 30 min i kø på at blive tjekket ind, da der kun var en person på arbejde, og bagefter ventede vi yderligere 20 min i kø, da fjernbetjeningen ikke virkede til tv på værelse
Det ville være god service, når I nu ikke har flere alm. p-pladser at man tilbød XL pladserne til prisen for en alm. p plads, det er bare god kundeservice
