The property is in the pipeline maintenance process so some areas of the hotel are blocked.
The property will be under general remodeling until March 31st, 2020.
The Acuario Restaurant is under maintenance until further notice. Food service is provided at Tabachines Restaurant.
Please note that Children from 4 to 11 years old have an extra supplement in reservations made with breakfast Included and all inclusive plan. Extra charges can vary depending on the season.

Emotional Support Dog, Conditions:
•Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.
•Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed.
•Guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.
•Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
•Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.
•Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Que apartan los camastros y cuando llegas a la alberca ya no hay y ni los ocupan ni los dejan que uno los ocupe

Al costo del estacionamiento
Es muy caro incluir comidas no me daban el precio total, despues ne dijeron que lo viera en el restaurante. El último dia quise comprar jugos en la alberca y me dijo la meses que de las sillas para afuera no vendían es absurdo
El policía recibe dinero y permite que la gente haga lo que quiera, una chica se queria aventar y le dijo que clavados dos, otros dos chicos se la pasaban aventandose y como según lo saludan y le dan dinero no les decía nada era muy incómodos se la pasaban gritando, tomando demasiado llevaban bocina, creo que si hay reglas deben ser parejos. La bebidas están muy caras y super rebajadas, pedimos nachos y nos dieron tórtopos con frijoles
Cobran el estacionamiento por noche y no te avisan hasta días antes de tu llegada, la comida buffet es básica, no limpiaron mis habitaciones solo una ocasión de 4 noches y el wifi deficiente

El mobiliario ya está muy viejo, el clima no se podía regular
No mucho, quizá la ubicación junto a la playa.
Aunque el estacionamiento tiene un costo extra, no pudimos guardar nuestro auto ahí, por temas de cupo, lo tuvimos que dejar en una calle aledaña.
La piscina demasiado pequeña, no cabía la gente.
El agua de la piscina se notaba demasiado turbia.
Lo que ofrecen como "All Inclusive" es muy pobre en relación al precio que pagamos.

Nada servía en el cuarto, falta mantenimiento
Las instalaciones, quedo muy bien la renovacion. Nos toco marea tranquila, asi que nadar en la playa fue lo mejor
El buffete, esta bien y tiene variedad. Pero un poco mas de mariscos no creo que les afecte mucho. Se que la opcion era Semitodo incluido, pero como comento un poco mas de mariscos hubiera estado bien.
La playa y la alberca están muy cómodas
En realidad todo estuvo muy bien
El bufet es muy malo no hay variedad de alimentos y hay uno que otro personal antipatico en dónde dan las hamburguesas según es de 12 a 5 yo llegue a las 5:01 y el que está ahí ya no quiso darme una hamburguesa
Todo bien. Solo en el restaurante bufet algunos de personal de mesa son rasistas.
