The property is in the pipeline maintenance process so some areas of the hotel are blocked.
The property will be under general remodeling until March 31st, 2020.
The Acuario Restaurant is under maintenance until further notice. Food service is provided at Tabachines Restaurant.
Please note that Children from 4 to 11 years old have an extra supplement in reservations made with breakfast Included and all inclusive plan. Extra charges can vary depending on the season.

For the full board rate:

All food served buffet style in the Restaurant Aquarium. Domestic drinks are served from 10 a.m. at 10 p.m. at the Las Margaritas Bar.
Not included: room service, seafood, K'ffe Zucco Cafeteria, parking, laundry and/or dry cleaning, telephone calls, Kontiki Bar and El Agave Bar and special events

Emotional Support Dog, Conditions:
•Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.
•Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed.
•Guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.
•Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
•Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.
•Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

No me gustó la actitud del personal, las instalaciones tenían fuga de agua y argumentaban qué era por la temperatura

El mal olor que tienen las habitaciones a drenaje estuvo que reportar en diversas ocasiones la habitación por las fallas que presentan en el drenaje y el agua caliente las almohadas parece que nunca las cambian huelen feo humedad
La comida muy rica la vista es estupenda y todo muy céntrico
Las habitaciones están muy deplorables desde el día uno si no fallaba el escudado era el agua caliente de la regadera y sino estaba tapado el desagüe de la regadera por en de el olor a caño en la habitación era orrible las almohadas olían mucho a humedad
Excelente relación precio-calidad. Hotel sencillo pero bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades. El buffet me pareció bastante completo y variado. El hotel se encuentra en buenas condiciones.
Lo único malo es lo que otros comentan respecto a los elevadores pero no considero que sea un tema de gravedad.
I have never wrote a review for a hotel before. But this was the worst hotel ive stayed at. I guess you get what you pay for. All of the staff from the front desk and at the buffet were super condescending and rude! I will say the bar staff and servers outside were really sweet! I got there to check in and they tried to argue that i didnt have the all inclusive, until they had to check 3 times! If i didnt advocate for myself they would have tried to charge me extra. The staff chases you after every meal, drink or snack you consume, to sign a receipt which is super odd. Talking about food, the food was really bad. The chilaquiles were soggy. Just no effort. Every time i tried to exchange dollars for pesos they would have an attitude and at one point told me they didnt have cash- which was a lie because i went back shortly after and they had cash. The elevators would take 5+min to get to your floor. Even though there were 3 of them. I will say next time i will pay the extra couple hundred for better experience. These people need customer service training
