The property is in the pipeline maintenance process so some areas of the hotel are blocked.
The property will be under general remodeling until March 31st, 2020.
The Acuario Restaurant is under maintenance until further notice. Food service is provided at Tabachines Restaurant.

All food served buffet style in the Restaurant Aquarium. Domestic drinks are served from 10 a.m. at 10 p.m. at the Las Margaritas Bar.
Not included: room service, seafood, K'ffe Zucco Cafeteria, parking, laundry and/or dry cleaning, telephone calls, Kontiki Bar and El Agave Bar and special events

Emotional Support Dog, Conditions:
•Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.
•Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed.
•Guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.
•Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
•Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.
•Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. que el hotel estuvo demasiado lleno y fue muy tardado tomar un elevador
Excelente playa, alberca, todo muy bien.
Que no dejan pasar bebidas, a pesar de estar en la zona de playa.
Me gusto todo, el desayuno, la rapidez en dar las habitaciones, el contar con camastros en la playa y el acceso a la playa, el personal de botones muy amables, el show que dieron en el hotel el sábado sin duda regreso nuevamente a hospedarme.
Lo único que no me gusto que tienes que pagar el estacionamiento los días que te hospedas.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado, desde la recepción antes de entrar son muy accesibles y amables, me dieron mi habitación horas antes del check in y no tuve que cargar mis cosas. La vista desde la habitación es muy hermosa. En la playa y las albercas habia un muy buen ambiente y personal, todo estaba muy limpio y cómodo. En los servicios de bebidas y snack es un servicio muy rápido, y muy rico. Y en lo que es el desayuno, cena y comida todo delicioso, era muy raro algo que no me haya gustado de lo que había, son guisados o preparaciones muy ricas, no son muchos los platillos que se repiten y el servicio de los meseros muy rápido, amable y bueno. En el check out igual muy amables y comprensivos, me pude quedar más tiempo disfrutando las albercas. Lo recomiendo mucho, volvería a ir las veces que fueran, es una experiencia muy divertida y familiar.
No puedo poner muchas quejas, solo que algunas veces los que preparaban en el buffet los platos especiales como los sopes o tacos, eran un poco lento, se juntaba la gente y era mucho el tiempo de espera a que te atendieran, pero de ahí en fuera todo perfecto. Y otra recomendación, en las habitaciones de arriba, no agarra el internet y a veces un poco la señal, entonces recomiendo no agarrar una habitación muy arriba.
La verdad tenia muchas expectativas, pero fue la decepción muy mal en cuestión de estacionamiento el personal muy grosero.
En realidad todo estuvo mal no lo recomiendo para venir acapulco , esta muy mal organizado.
El hotel es muy cómodo y las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. El personal es amable.
El área de camastros no tiene suficiente sombra, no hay áreas suficientes para descanso. Para el servicio de comida y bebidas, pedíamos algo y nos traían otra cosa.
