Wonderful stay for my family
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and professional, and the rooms were next to each other as requested. The location was perfect for going to the diner for brunch, restaurants for dinner, the docks for photos, and to the Universe sculpture close to the water.

Cons:

If I'd realized it, I would have asked for rooms with a view of the water, which were on the other side of the building.

Pros:

The property was clean, and the breakfast was good. Bathroom supplies were good quality.

Cons:

The room was literally like 85 degrees when we arrived around 5pm. Hot and stifling. There was no air conditioning, they had left the curtains open and window closed all day.
We booked based on the location and view, but we never even got to see it because the window was radiating such heat.
Reached out to them via Booking message, literally no solutions. No rooms on the other side, not a fan, not a portable AC. Just bad windows for the location with no cooling.
There's also no elevator to the second floor.
To top it off, the staff at the desk didn't even ask how our stay was. Some rude woman just said "thank you bye" when we checked out.
Bad hotel that misses the very basics of comfort, but for the price it's actually even more ridiculous. Clearly they survive by tricking one time travelers and don't care at all about your stay.

Pros:

Camera pulita con vista sulla baia. Personale cordiale e colazione varia e buona.
Parcheggio davanti all’ingresso.

Cons:

La struttura non dispone dell’ascensore e il prezzo che abbiamo pagato era assolutamente esagerato: abbiamo soggiornato in altre strutture molto più moderne, spaziose e curate spendendo anche 150€ in meno.

Nice but a little noisy thru the walls.
Pros:

It’s a very nice hotel and clean.

Cons:

We felt like it was overpriced for such a simple hotel. Plus it wasn’t quiet. The receptionist could dress a little better than in sweats.
