Δεν υπήρχε σειρά στις ξαπλώστρες. Όποιος προλάβαινε έβρισκε είτε στην πισίνα είτε στη θάλασσα. Αφήνανε τις πετσέτες και ερχόντουσαν αργότερα. Έπρεπε να σηκωθείς από τις 8 (το αργότερο) για να βρεις.

Το κλασσικο θεμα με τις ξαπλωστρες, τις οποιες επιαναν με πετσετες οι ενοικοι, παρολα αυτα , αμα ειδοποιουσαμε τα παιδια του ξενοδοχειου το ελυναν αμεσα

We checked into this hotel because it is listed as four stars and had good reviews. From the moment we arrived everything was a disaster and completely ruined our vacation. Spoiler we ran away and never looked back.

Food
The food is disgusting, inedible, and obviously made from the lowest quality ingredients. Every meal was awful, mostly defrosted, tasteless, and left a bad taste in our mouths.

Flooded room
The first room we were given was completely flooded. Whether you took a shower or used the toilet water was everywhere because of extremely old pipes. They wiped the floor once but by evening it was wet again.

Old rooms and terrible furniture
The rooms are old, worn-out, and furnished with broken or outdated furniture. Comfort does not exist here.

Dirty pool
The pool is filthy, never cleaned. The photos we attach show how disgusting it is.

Sunbed chaos
Every sunbed is reserved with towels and staff does absolutely nothing. I approached the administrator three times asking for a sunbed and only after the third time were they cleared. All sunbeds were free but covered with towels and nobody checked.even there is signs everywhere that “do not book sunbeds by towels, otherwise they will thrive it away. Nothing happened.

Renovated room problems
They moved us to a supposedly renovated room because of the flood and fridge noise. It did not help. The mattress is rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. To open the wardrobe you have to move the nightstand. To charge your phone you have to move the nightstand. The constant loud noise from the toilet flush makes it impossible to sleep.

Mold and hygiene issues
There is mold on the walls in the room. This makes the room unsafe and completely unacceptable.

Breakfast disaster
After another sleepless night we went to breakfast. The food was disgusting again. All sunbeds were still reserved with towels and nobody around to enforce rules. We immediately packed and left.

Refund refusal
The hotel refused to refund us.

The bed was very old and uncomfortable. The food could be better (variety, quality).
