My room was dirty so I had to switch rooms the elevators out of 6 only 3 was running took 20 mins to even get downstairs to check out because every elevator was packed and they all weren’t running it was freezing in the whole hotel

Pros:

Room were clean just out dated. Bed not comfortable. Vending machines did not work, ice machine did not work not enough towels in the room. Café omg coffee so nasty for so much money. They stole my grandkids tshirt and towels at the indoor water park..staff very nice..

Cons:

That i was able to bring my yorkie.

Valentine's day weekend blunder

The best thing by far was the view from the balcony

Cons:

First off there was a leak in the roof of my bathroom, like a lot of water not just a drip. I brought it to the attention of staff and nothing was done. Oh yeah The cleaning group bought me extra towels. Then the sound of the heater knocking just killed the ambiance in the room. While the room and pretty much the whole floor smells of mildew because of a section of the hallway that was quite literally saturated. Then there's the issue of the elevators out of six elevators only two are running. Over two and some change days and there was no change to that. I thought it would be nice to get a pricer room and I was sadly let down

Avoid!!!
Pros:

Was close to venue

Cons:

First room smelled and hallway was flooded. Second room was clean but had no microwave, coffee pot,or blankets! Only 2 to 3 out of 6 elevators were working causing a significant wait. I waited over 20 minutes just to get out! I called front desk for 2 blankets at 6. At 1 am I went down to front desk and they had no record. Got blankets and had a 5 minute wait a 1am for the elevator. Restaurants are more fast food types. Had cheese steak so salty my wife could not eat! The bed was very hard and not at all comfortable. Mattress on a spring metal frame! The mini fridge froze our drinks!

Pros:

Looked good online

Cons:

Rooms are very dark and not that clean took a long time to get to your room with only 2 elevators working and having you pay for parking is being greedy.
