Cons:

there was only two television is working doing the business time of the day. the beds was very uncomfortable. There was no ice in it building.

The roles was nice and clean, but the hallways need to be vacuumed. They need housekeepers.

That the hotel have a lot for the kids to do

I wish I would have kept my money.

Only that it had games for my kids

Where do I start 🤔 first of all I had to wait in a long line to get on an elevator because one side of the elevators were not working and the room that I was supposed to have did not have a pull out couch then had to go back to reception desk to tell them that so was offered another room which still had no pull out couch so had to go back to reception desk at this time I was told I could not have a room with a pull out couch so they gave me a roll away bed which was small as hell my daughter could not fit on it and she could feel the springs in the mattress her back was hurting the next morning and we were down there for her cheer competition smh and I myself had to keep going back and forth to the reception desk with a bad knee i just had surgery on

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Waterpark was clean and fabulous.

Cons:

Very dated. Signs said there was a buffet but didn’t mention it’s only open on saturdays & sundays. Not a lot of staff around to ask questions. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for an elevator every time you needed to use it. Only 2/6 elevators were operating.

Cons:

Longest process ever to check in and practically fights are the elevators because the wait was so long. Horrible management of check in and 3/6 elevators were down it was a nightmare

I waited over an hour for the elevator. It was some type of event going on, so they only had three working elevators, valet parking stole my charger out my car. The bed was terrible. It was so hard. It was like sleeping on a wooden floor.

The indoor water park was great. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature.

The location was good. The indoor water park was great. This was my main reason for staying.

Cons:

There was no toilet paper in the room upon check in. I had to call the front desk to request. The vending machine for water and soda were empty on our floor for both nights of our stay. There were not too many food options at the hotel. Had to go on boardwalk to find other places to eat.

Very decent and cheap hotel but not the best
Pros:

I liked how there was a waterpark right next-door, but it was close when I checked it and only opened when I checked out so I did not get to go love the gym I also liked how there’s a lot of stuff to do inside the hotel like the racetrack and everything, but it was closed.

Cons:

Elevators took forever, long lines also too there was no buffet. It was kind of ran down inside. Very misleading no pool
