Toller Familienurlaub in einem schönen Hotel in Kärnten!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, es war reich an Varianten! Verschiedene Sorten Brot, Käse, Gemüse, Obst und viele neue Dinge für uns. Ein Frühstück geht auch ohne zuviel Wurst oder Industrie-Nutella. Kaffee, Säfte und Tees standen jeden Tag zur Verfügung, dazu noch der tolle Ausblick. Auch das Abendmenü hat geschmeckt, das Personal war immer freundlich. Für die Kinder gab eine Alternative zum Menü-Essen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Arche. Es gab für alles eine Lösung. Man kann Skifahren auf der Saualbe, die Städte Klagenfurt und Villach besuchen. Das Hotel ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in Kärnten. Gerne wieder.

Pros:

Excellentes Frühstück und Abendessen, Besitzer und Personal sehr, sehr freundlich, sehr familär und hilfsbereit. Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr sauber, sehr gute Matratzen, tolle Lage des Hotels. Wir kommen zu 100 % wieder.

Un piacevolissimo Natale, come in famiglia.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura, la settimana di Natale. E’ stata una piacevolissima esperienza. Le camere sono grandi, spazione, luminose e ben arredate, confortevoli anche per animali (abbiamo viaggiato con 2 gatti). Impeccabile servizio di pulizia, sempre pronti e disponibili. La struttura dispone di un’area benessere nuova e ben strutturata, con possibilità di effettuare massaggi.Per quanto riguarda il cibo, abbiamo fatto mezza pensione, colazione e cena. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, cibo biologico e di ottima qualità, ben cucinato e con molta varietà. Il buffet della colazione molto ben fornito e strutturato, con una vasta scelta di tipo di pane (sempre appena sfornati), formaggi, salumi, verdure, yogurt e salse. La struttura è immersa nel verde, nella natura, con possibilità di camminate. E’ molto confortevole e rilassante la parte esterna, fornita di sdraio ergonomiche e di un’area kneip.
Last but not least, la famiglia proprietaria della struttura ci ha fatti sentire come ha casa: sono persone molto accoglienti, generose e simpatiche, persone molto piacevoli, che speriamo di poter rincontrare. Meravigliosa e molto raccolta la serata organizzata la vigilia di Natale, con canti tradizionali e scambi di regali. Il nostro grazie per averci fatto trascorrere delle ottime vacanze di natale, facendoci sentire in famiglia.

Die Ankunft im Zimmer war ernüchternd. Jedoch waren es schließlich zwei schöne Tage im Biolandhaus.
Pros:

Frühstück war reichhaltig, gschmackig, einfach ausgezeichnet. Ebenso die Abendessen waren köstlich. Die Lage ist sehr besonders.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war von den Möbeln veraltet, dunkel und nicht ansprechend.

Unhöflicher Chef, Umgang mit den Angestellten sehr schlecht. Schmutzig, Hygiene des Essens : Buffet von 8-10 offen auf Tisch teilweise ausgetrocknet, fliegen überall. Teilweise kaputtes bis schmutziges geschirr. Ungesicherte elektrik am Parkplatz wo Kinder spielen. Liegen kaputt

Enttäuschend!

Herrliche Aussicht, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Unterkunft für Booking com. Gäste werden in extra kleinen Zimmer mit sehr wenig Tageslicht und direkt unter dem Seminarraum untergebracht. Seminar dauerte bis ca 22:30 Uhr, mit Musik und lautem tanzen! Am nächsten Tag gab es ein Kinderjoga für das ganze Wochenende. Nachdem wir unseren Unmut dem mürrisch gelaunten Chef kundgetan hatten konnten wir nur gegen Aufpreis ein anderes Zimmer beziehen. Beide Zimmer waren nicht sauber!
