Cons:

Kein WLAN, kein TV, zwei Tage ohne Kontackt zur Ausenwelt. Das geht ja gar nicht. und keiner entschuldigt sich dafür.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war Freundlich und echt zuvorkommend bis auf einmal siehe Negativ Rezension
Gerade der Junge Mann mit den Locken und der Brille welcher am Sonntag Abend war, war top er hat jedes Problem gelöst und war stets freundlich. Sollte dies jemand vom Hotel lesen bitte ich den Jungen Mann das Lob gerne weiterzugeben.
Zimmer war in Ordnung mir sind nur Flecken am Teppich beim Fenster aber auch in den Gängen aufgefallen so als ob starke Reinigungsmittel falsch dosiert worden sind.

Cons:

Was mich extrem gestört hat war ein Vorfall. ich kam nach dem Gassi gehen mit dem Hund ins Hotel und ging mit schnellen Schritten Richtung Lift. Ich wurde sofort von der Seite von einem Mann welchen ich gar nicht als Angestellte war genommen Habe recht barsch nach der Zimmernummer und meinen Daten gefragt. da ich 2 Zimmer gebucht habe gab ich leider die Falsche Nummer an.
Mir wurde nicht mitgeteilt wieso ich Aufgehalten wurde noch wurde sich Vorgestellt. In einem Hotel wo Geschäftsleute absteigen erwarte ich mir Professionalität und Höflichkeit . Hätte der Herr sich Informiert ( ich glaube wir waren die einzigen mit Hund im Hotel ) und mich vielleicht mit Namen angesprochen oder sich Vorgestellt und erklärt wieso man mich nach der Zimmernummer fragt ( was das erste mal war und das nach 2 Aufenthalten) dann hätte ich das verstanden. So wurde ich fast wie ein Verbrecher behandelt und das ist für mich ein No-Go nicht wenn ich fast 1000 Euro ausgegeben habe.
Ich werde aus den genannten Gründen das Hotel sowie die Hotelgruppe nicht mehr buchen.
der Rest des Personal war Top. Sollte dies ein Schichtleiter, Vorgesetzter oder gar Hotelmanager gewesen sein kann ich nur seine Kündigung empfehlen.

Das einzige, was mir aufgefallen war der Putzmittelgeruch am Anfang im Zimmer, der sich aber dann verflüchtigt hat, das Geräusch bei der Tür die Lüftung, während dem Schlafen war es tiptop und das Licht hinter dem TV
