Lovely hotel location is amazing!
Pros:

Hotel felt safe, modern and offered a small gym and hot tub.

Cons:

Only on one evening was it a bit noisy late at night. The shower didn’t function properly but we didn’t report it.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The location was fantastic - right on Main Street with shops, bars, restaurants and central to everything else. Handy for bus also (two mins to bus stop 9 and 11). It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our room had access to the outdoor balcony which was nice. Starbucks on site was handy. Water cooler in foyer was great.

Cons:

The room was very comfortable but could have benefitted from better storage space.

Great hotel with everything you could wish for need
Pros:

Great location. Room small but sufficient for our needs.breakfast really good. Sauna gym and hot tub. Restaurant reasonably priced with great food.

Pros:

Enjoyed the stay, clean!
The sauna and hot tub was a great addition to enjoy after long days out exploring. Also a great touch was the free use of the phone! Loved that! Location was wonderful too

Cons:

You could feel the divide between the two beds that make it a 'king' bed. I would recommend to add lotion to the rooms if you can.

See the Northern Lights from the hot tub!
Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful and we loved the hot tub! We even saw the Northern Lights from the hot tub our first night.

Cons:

The bed was a little firm for my liking (although my husband thought it was fine). We also had the basic king room and for a 5 night stay there wasn't great storage for all of our things although we made it work. Wish that we could have cast to the tv from our phone.

Pros:

Modern hotel in the heart of the city centre well placed for shops and restaurants/bars.
We were met by 2 very friendly reception staff, who allowed us an early check-in and comp room upgrade for one of our party. Modern rooms with UK TV (uncommon in my experience) and LOR coffee pod machines, together with free icelandic water in the lobby.
The included breakfast was very good and had a good variety available, it gets busy if you go early.
There is a small fitness room, sauna and hot tub all free of charge at the property. There is an independent restaurant, barber and Starbucks all in the front of the building.
There is no parking at the hotel but you can park on the street or underground car park a very short walk away.
We hired a car and did some exploring on our own so the car park was ideal.
I would recommend this hotel for couples and families due to its central location and relatively short transfer from kevlavik airport. It’s a comfortable, clean experience and one i definitely enjoyed.

Perfect location and service A++++
Pros:

Great hotel right on the main road. Two minutes talk to the Reykjavik Excursion / Fly Bus pick up / drop off bus stop. Over the road from a Bonus and very close to Litli Dubliner, Dillon Whiskey Bar, Arabian Food and plenty of touristy and even a Goth Shop ! Staff were exceptional, breakfast was outstanding and if you get a balcony room . You get a wonderful view of the church.
