Fantastic family break in a gorgeous hotel
Pros:

We were moved to the Astro palace a sister hotel and it was fabulous just 10 minutes walk into Fira town and all the attractions. The hotel and room was spotless our room clearers were amazing and Katrina on reception was so very kind and helpful your team are a credit to you and the hotel would love to stay again.

Attention to detail amazing!
Pros:

Dimitrios (who I think manages this place) was so attentive and lovely. Always making sure that us and other guests were happy and always waited on.

The location for us was lovely as we stayed outside the busier places and we could really relax around the pool or in our private hot tub.

All the staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Our breakfast was great and such a massive selection, a lovely touch was being able to have our breakfast served to us on our balcony each morning.

If you want to stay outside some of the main places and be able to relax and rest somewhere with great facilities, lovely pool, actual double bed sunbeds, this is a great option!

Pros:

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Breakfast selection was limited. No water or coffee in the room. Scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed the stay. Overall we expected slightly better for the price compared to the rest of our trip.

Pros:

Incredible few days, great location it’s close to the airport and just a short walk into town. The rooms were fab and the staff were great – special thanks to Dimitris who was really helpful! Everyone was really kind and welcoming. I strongly recommend booking a car through reception to explore the island. The pool facilities were great and the views around the hotel are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Pros:

No suelo escribir reseñas de los sitios en los que he estado pero esta merece la mejor de ellas. El sitio es excelente y la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan aquí es de 10. Limpieza, comodidad, facilidades, trato cercano… ¡Todo un acierto este alojamiento!
