Veoma ljubazno osoblje. Pohvale svim djelatnicama! Soba s lijepim pogledom i vrlo prostrana. Velik, udoban krevet i velika terasa. Doručak je bio obilan, raznovrstan i ukusan. Dobra lokacija odmah pokraj jezera i izlaska s autoceste.
Toliko nam se svidio boravak da smo produžili još dvije noći, unatoč lošem vremenu u Klagenfurtu.
Parking je besplatan i očišćen od snijega.

Cons:

WiFi je bio slab i često se prekidao.

È da anni che vado in questo hotel devo dire che oltre alla comodità per gestito da persone amanti del loro lavoro con una professionalità oltre all'obbligo lavorativo io purtroppo no parlo perfettamente inglese in tedesco ma lo staff e la proprietà ogni volta mi aiuta sempre mettendomi a mio agio senza creare alcuno ostacolo per la difficile comunicazione questo è una dote solo di chi ama veramente il proprio lavoro oramai una visione molto lontana la maggior parte degli hotel sono scocciati dalla presenza di persone come me e non trovi più il vero amore nel lavoro. Non solo Questo hotel è comodo per l'uscita vicino dell'autostrada per la posizione fantastica fronte lago per il personale innamorato del proprio lavoro ma questo hotel fa la differenza anche nei servizi, chi come me che non può mai fare colazione perché deve, chi come me che non può mai fare colazione perché deve con urgenza agli appuntamenti di prima mattina l'hotel garantisce in camera un buon caffè Nespresso con non solo una cialda ma ben quattro e una bottiglia d'acqua gratuitamente per il cliente in Italia questo servizio è da richiedere Eppure a pagamento quando realmente un hotel con quattro cialde e una bottiglia d'acqua farebbe la differenza perché aiuterebbe alle persone che tutti i giorni dormono in hotel per poter andare a lavorare come noi professionisti noi Manager rallegrandoli il Matteo e soprattutto dissetando la sete notturna. Rimane e rimarrà sempre l'Hotel mio preferito in zona e lo continuerò a consigliare al client voglia veramente trovare qualcosa di differente senza pagare la normalità ed educazione

Non c'è alcuna nota negativa per questo hotel.

Nádherné prostredie, 3 minuty chôdze od jazera a krásneho parku. Personál hotela neskutočne priateľský a láskavý. Izby veľkoryso riešené a skutočne čisté. Rovnako raňajky boli veľmi chutné a v krásnej, presklenej časti hotela. V hoteli Plattenwirt som sa cítila skvelo. Ďakujem.
