Pros:

수영장이 온수여서 좋았다.
밤에 한 노천탕이 좋았다.
주차장에 있던 세차시설이 좋았다.^^

Cons:

시설이 좀 낙후되어서 그랬는지는 몰라도 층간소음이 컸다. 주차장과 연결된 엘리베이터도 우리의 방과는 너무 멀었다
. 화장대에 거울도없었고, 작은 테이블도 있었음 좋았을거 같다.

Very nice suite in great location
Pros:

Beautiful suite with view of mountains in morning in a great location

a first told to park truck somewhere on street, however Ford Truck was (easily) able to park in underground parking

So far my best stay in Canmore , they give us upgreat for free . We got two bedroom suit .

Great staff and wonderful, clean and very comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional from the check in process to the room. At check in, the staff member exceeded our expectations with a surprise room upgrade and a bottle wine when he found out it was my partners birthday. (I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was amazing!). The room was very clean and very comfortable with everything you could need.

Great stay
Pros:

We stayed in the Mountain View Suite and had a wonderful experience. The hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing, and the suite itself was comfortable and inviting. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and friendly, which made our stay even better. Overall, a great getaway and we’d happily return.

Beautiful property, clean, courteous staff, overall great facility

Cons:

Parking is very difficult to manage especially if you have a truck that doesn’t fit in underground

The whole facility was very nice.

Cons:

Booking.com did not specify the parkade clearance which was 6’5. My vehicle is 6”6. So parking was not good in that area.

Great Stay!
Pros:

We were SO pleased with our stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge! I paid for a one bedroom room and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite with a kitchen and patio, what a nice surprise! The suite was cozy with a fireplace and very nice beds. The hot tubs were bustling but so nice for relaxing. Definitely will be staying here again for our weekend getaways!

Everything was absolutely amazing!!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived until the minute we left our experience was one of the best we have had at almost any hotel!! Every encounter with staff here is friendly and oh so welcoming! Jacob at the front desk and the team really made our little get away truly amazing, from the complimentary room upgrade, to the gift of chocolates and wine for my birthday i can’t say thank you enough!! You truly know how to treat your guests! We will definitely be back!! Thank you again!
