A great hotel for business trips, in an excellent location and with good service.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving great advice and support. The room was nice, clean and excellent for a business trip. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the metro as well as the international conference center.

Cons:

The breakfast could do with a little improvement given the price per night, and some more working coffee machines. There is also no toileterie amenities provided in the rooms.

Hol a régi Arcotel? Az elmúlt évtizedekben sokat laktunk itt, és kényelmes volt! Most kevésbé.
Pros:

A reggeli minden tekintetben pompás volt.
A bárban este kitűnő volt a kiszolgálás.

Cons:

A szoba a folyosó végén volt, az ajtó nyitása hibás volt. A szoba új berendezést kapott, ez nagyon barátságtalan volt: szekrény nélkül szabadon lógtak a ruhák. A székek közül egynek volt támlája.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel.
Aufgrund eines Kongresses in der Stadt war das Zimmer relativ teuer (Dynamic pricing), somit war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wenn man das Hotel/Zimmer insgesamt betrachtet nicht gut.

Pros:

гостиница находится возле остановки автобуса, хорошая коммуникация, получала все необходимые уведомления, чисто в номере, хорошая звукоизоляция

Cons:

Гостиница 4 звезды, а в номере отсутствует питьевая вода. После длительного перелета это особенно чувствительно — при заселении предлагают пить воду из-под крана, что не является приемлемым. В итоге вечером пришлось самостоятельно искать, где купить воду. Магазин находится достаточно далеко.
Можно понять отсутствие халатов и тапочек, но даже такой базовый элемент, как рожок для обуви, также отсутствует.
Обивка кровати изношена и местами облезлая, в помещении присутствует специфический запах.
