Tolle Lage , jedoch verbesserungsfähig
Pros:

Nähe zum Kaiserwasser und Gänsehäufel. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit U1 vom Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Nicht funktionierender Tresor im Zimmer ( auch nach Meldung an Rezeption nicht behoben)
Kein Kühlschrank (Minibar) im Zimmer.
Duschgarnitur veraltet und kaum regelbar.
Zimmerreinigung nur auf Bestellung. ( automatische Reinigung ist auch nach der 3. Nacht nicht erfolgt )

Odlična lokacija uz metro stanicu i vrlo blizu plaže za kupanje na starom Dunavu. Soba prostrana, čista. Osoblje ljubazno.

Preis- Leistung stimmt. Bitte weiter so, dann werden wir ganz bestimmt ihre Gäste bleiben!
Pros:

Wir sind mittlerweile schon über 10mal im Arcotel Kaiserwasser Gast gewesen und werden es immer wieder gerne sein. Das Hotel hat für uns eine top Lage, man ist sofort auf der Autobahn und die Anbindung an die Öffis (U-Bahn) gegenüber des Hotels ist ebenfalls Perfekt. Schöne, saubere Zimmer, super Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal (Hr. Jassir vom „Frühstückspersonal“- sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich). Bitte weiter so !!!!!!!!!!

Cons:

Über ein Upgrate als „Stammgast“ (bei über 10maliger Buchung) würde man sich freuen.
