Very comfortable, peaceful and worth living

Dear Hotel Management,
I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant situation that happened during breakfast.
Breakfast was not included in my room rate. When I came to the restaurant in the morning, I wanted to pay in cash at the entrance. The waitress told me that the responsible staff member had stepped away and would come back shortly.
However, when I had already started eating, a male manager came to my table with the bill and asked me to pay immediately. I calmly explained that I was eating and asked to finish my breakfast first, so I would not have to handle money during the meal. I said that I would come and pay right after breakfast.
Unfortunately, he reacted in a rude and emotional manner. He started speaking loudly and behaved nervously in front of other guests, which made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed.
I would also like to mention that at another time, one of the waitresses did not understand English at all, which made communication even more difficult.
I believe such behavior is not acceptable for a hotel, and I kindly ask you to pay attention to the quality of guest service, polite communication, and professional behavior of the staff.
My stay was in April 06-11.

We booked two rooms - one suite and one exclusive room. Very beautiful rooms, very clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the hotel’s concept and unique design- angels drawn everywhere and balcony with an amazing view. The suite had a nice plan with a big guest room, a big balcony where we enjoyed our coffees. The beds were comfortable. We will get back to Arcotel for sure in the future, now it’s one of our favourite place to rest in Viena. It was worth every cent! Late check in available. Compliments to the lovely staff.
