Great location. The sheets were great. We were thankful to be able to store our luggage.

Cons:

Towels were thin. It would be great to have a washcloth.

Easy access to the city.
Pros:

Good location and clean rooms.

Cons:

We were allocated a room suitable for wheelchair access, which meant that all the surfaces were low and the bathroom was a wet room which made access to the toilet impossible without getting wet feet.

Very clean room, good bed, great location for the Sky Tower

Cons:

It states in the information when booking (On Booking.com) there is parking, but what it doesn’t say is its very limited on a first come basis and that its 30 dollars, check in is from 14.00 and by 15.50 all spaces had gone, had to go and find a parking garage.

AC in the room looked like it was installed by a DIY guy tape on the ducting and an extension leed as a power supply that said it was fine it worked ok

Die Lage ist gut, in Skycity von Auckland und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis o.k. Das Personal ist nett und engagiert.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sauber, ging aber auf einen hässlichen, lauten Innenhof raus und wirkte auch innen uncharmant und wenig ansprechend. Auch der Frühstücksraum erinnert eher an eine Bahnhofshalle und das Frühstück war o.k.

Su ubicación, está en pleno centro y es fácil llegar a muchas partes, además el personal es muy amable y te asisten ante cualquier duda.

Cons:

La limpieza un poco superficial porque movimos un sillón para sacar un juguete de mi hijo y había suciedad acumulada (polvo, un calcetín, bolsas plásticas y etiquetas)

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and was super cute. It had everything we needed, but what really made it for us was the staff. Everyone was absolutely wonderful! Nico and Gracia were so engaging especially, and they were so helpful. I would love to stay here again, and if I am ever back in Auckland, this is for sure where I will be lodging!

enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

No nice view and was pretty small inside for a family of 5 and tiny bathroom. The scary homeless and dodgy people across road in that city mission constantly hanging around outside the area not good for kids but out of your hands. I would not recommend for people to stay with kids for that reason.

The room was comfortable in size for two guests

Cons:

At check in they required a deposit to hold and then at check out needed to check the room before we left. The room itself smelled damp and musty as well as teh whole hallway.
