Kellemes, kényelmes, nagyon jó helyen
Pros:

Nagy tágas tér, jó elhelyezkedés, egyszerű bejutás.

Cons:

Az ára kissé magas.
Nem volt szőnyeg a szobában, emiatt kértünk szállodai papucsot de nem volt.

Pros:

ホテルは全てメッセージ形式でのQ＆Aでした。娘と一緒に宿泊でしたので、ソファベッドの設置を伝えたら、既に設置済み。リビングルームが狭くなりましたが、全く問題なしでした。部屋は、内側に面しており、とても靜か。上階の足音が少し気になる程度で、問題ないと思います。
キッチンも器具は全て揃っておりましたので、朝食を作るのには十分でした。ただ、電子レンジとトースターはありません。ネスプレッソ、コーヒーカートリッジ、ミルクがあり良かった。紅茶各種も揃っています。
洗濯機と洗剤、食洗器と洗剤も設置されており、毎日利用しました。連泊には最適です。
車は、土日利用でしたので、近隣の路上駐車でOKでした。ただし、アパート住民用の駐車スペースがあるので要注意です。
また、機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

Pros:

La dimensione dell'appartamento, la zona abbastanza centrale con fermata della metro a pochi minuti e vicino a una strada pedonale con negozi e qualche locale.

Cons:

Non c'è nessun tipo di sorveglianza nell'edificio, sostanzialmente chiunque abbia il codice può entrare.
Mancano le istruzioni per gli elettrodomestici della cucina.
In caso di necessità si può usare una chat.
Personalmente sconsiglio questa tipologia di sistemazione a persone sole, soprattutto donne.

Perfekt, absolute Empfehlung
Pros:

Perfekt. Ich bin mehrmals im Monat in Wien und kenne inzwischen viele Unterkünfte. Diese rangiert für mich unter den absoluten top 3 :)
Perfekte Lage und wirklich sehr gemütlich.
Ich hatte einen Zimmerwunsch der mir sogar am Anreisetag erfüllt wurde. Hierfür nochmal herzlichen Dank.

Świetna lokalizacja i pobyt w komfortowych warunkach
Pros:

Koncept aparthotelu przemyślany, zadowalający. Wygodne materace, ciepło, duża przestrzeń, cicho mimo ruchliwej ulicy. W pełni urządzony, był płyn do naczyń, kapsułki do zmywarki, pralki i ekspresu. Blisko przystanek autobusowy i stacja metra. Byłoby 10/10 gdyby nie przygoda z prądem.

Cons:

W pierwszym dniu, tuż po przyjeździe, mieliśmy awarie telewizora a później rozdzielni prądu, której nie potrafiono naprawić. Zanim nastąpił transfer do innego pokoju minęło ok. 3h i siedzieliśmy w ciemnym pokoju. Utrudniony kontakt z asystentem AI, później człowiekiem na czacie a w końcu z obsługą aparthotelu. Miejsce raczej dla technicznie ogarniętych i cierpliwych. Problem rozwiązano satysfakcjonująco.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, sklepy, metro, jeśli ktoś lubi imprezy dyskoteka ok. 10 minut od lokalu.

Cons:

Łóżko, które zapadało sie w salonie i brakowało to szczotki dużej do zamiecenia podłogi, ale to już taki szczegół.
