המלון במיקום מושלם, ממש ברחוב הראשי אך צדדי ושקט. הצוות היה מקסים ועשה מעל ומעבר לתת לי את כל המידע הנדרש על כל נושא שהועלה. מריה מהקבלה - הייתה מקסימה ממש. האוכל היה טעים ובשפע. היו 4 בריכות שונות. אני בטוחה שאחזור לשם. :-)
The receptionist was really kind — we received a room upgrade and were also treated to a complimentary dinner. Thank you so much for that!
However, the hotel itself is very outdated and the lightings in the apartment are very poor. The place really needs renovation. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all, and the staff are aware of the issue. We asked them to fix it, but they kept us waiting for two days instead of simply admitting that the problem couldn’t be solved. When I asked for another room, they said the internet wouldn’t work there either.
Gut zu erreichen, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Allerdings kann es tricky sein, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und haben ein Upgrade für Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant (Buffet) erhalten.
Auf einer Insel mit einem grossen Früchte- und Gemüseangebot finde ich es befremdend, wenn Dosenfrüchte auf dem Frühstücksbuffet angeboten werden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, wirkte aber sehr kalt und eher ungemütlich. Für eine einzige Übernachtung ist das kein Problem, aber für mehrere Tage hätte ich dort nicht bleiben wollen. Es war spätabends wie morgens ziemlich laut, da wohl schlecht isoliert. Der Pool war zur Enttäuschung unserer Kinder um 18 Uhr bereits geschlossen.
Très bon séjour. Nous avions une suite alors que nous avions réservé une chambre. Hotel en ville mais pas de bruit la nuit . Mer très proche. Repas excellents.
Les repas étaient bons mais répétitifs. Sur une semaine un peu l'impression de manger toujours la même chose

Parking is available next to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the dining area and pools are excellent. There are both evening performances and a great atmosphere.
The hotel is set in a series of connected buildings. The rooms are not fresh and there are many small problems - no socket next to the bed, noisy fan in the bathroom, etc.
We visited Crete for 7 days and chose to stay at Indigo Inn with our 6-month old. Everything was perfect, starting from the location (close to shops, taverns, nice beaches) , the room itself ( spacious, clean), the food ( traditional delicious dishes, all fresh,with a lot of variety), but most important, the staff. Everybody was extremely kind to us,they were available with infos at all times,open to requests, cheerful and kind, and made our stay there very nice. Our daughter ended up making a lot of friends!
We definitely recommend this place and would come back at any time.

nothing in particular, rooms were bit warm when you arrive but it fixes after few minutes with open window.
This is a fabulous hotel. We had paid for the buffet breakfast and on arrival the receptionist (Adonis) upgraded us to include the buffet dinner free of charge. The food each morning and evening was tasty and fresh and there was plenty to chose from! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool area is stunning with plenty of loungers and a lovely bar.
The only issue was the wifi did not work very well and there was also only one plug socket in the main bedroom.
