Excellent location and hotel BUT road noise is a big issue if in a Beach Rd facing room
Pros:

Service, quality of fittings and cleanliness.

Cons:

Requested a back facing room as we live rurally and the road noise is excessive if facing Beach Road because large semi trailered trucks coming out from and to the port come around the corner, through the traffic lights, the corner this hotel is on. That is, was not given a back facing room and the checkin perosn did ot appear to know/see my online request :-(

Pros:

Location in Auckland was great - close to Britomart, harbour and public transportation. The staff at check-in were extremely helpful and kind and even made it possible for us to check in early. There was plenty of space and everything we needed, we especially appreciated the washing machine with complimentary detergent. Due to the hotel's location, there was usually some late night noise from the outside, but it didn't disturb our sleep. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Auckland.

Pros:

Близко к центру т при этом удобно выезжать на экскурсии. Порт близко жили до круиза. До порта дошли пешком. Номера хорошие, большие. В номере все есть и стиралка и сушилка и кухня.

Cons:

Жили 5 дней. Пылесосили плохо. Завтрак скромный , но вкусный
