Pros:

I am saddened to learn they were closing the doors on December 31 2025. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Nashville. Great value for a great property. Sad to see it close.

We had a great time in Nashville and the staff at Placemakr were great.
Pros:

There was no breakfast available, but we had a large kitchen and living space that was awesome. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The TV was hard to get into and when we did the sound on the TV was bad. We were a little away from places we wanted to go to so we ended up running up quite an uber bill getting to and from places.

Nice place to stay if you don’t mind walking a little bit
Pros:

We loved the layout, it was nice and clean and the front desk staff helpful. It is a walk to downtown but totally do able about 30 min walk to the river. We didn’t have to uber. The glultch is close too.

The hallways seem or look kinda old, or that you kinds in a dumpy hotel honestly. But once in the rooms that changes.

Nice place to stay in Nashville
Pros:

Nice flat. Well equipped and comfortable.

Cons:

We needed to go to the front desk to get additional coffee, tea as for some reasons the cleaning team was not coming to our flat daily.

Mittelprächtiger Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und es war praktisch, dass es eine Parkgarage gab. Im Appartement gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt – die Ausstattung war wirklich gut.

Cons:

Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber (u.a. lagen überall Krümel und Hundehaare herum, auf den Nachtschränkchen war viel Staub). Der Rezeptionist war sehr unfreundlich, als der Zugang zur Tiefgarage bei uns nicht funktionierte. Das Bett war außerdem ziemlich durchgelegen und wir rollten beide ständig in die Mitte. Scheinbar gab es auch Probleme mit dem Thermostat bzw. der Klimaanlage, da bei uns in der Wohnung nur 17 Grad Celsius waren und es sich leider nicht ändern ließ.
