The hotel was in a great location close to town and it had parking which is a commodity. The room was large and the beds were comfy.
The room did not feel clean. It was old and felt dirty but the price and parking make up for this issue.
Good location, only 4 blocks from rainbow street and a 15 minute walk to Bus Stop 1 for tours. Lovely seating areas and cosy, quirky bar. The staff were all fabulous and breakfast options good.
Our only criticism was the size of the shower room. We were in a junior suite (206) and although we had a room with just a bath and then a shower room with toilet, they were both very narrow. There was plenty of room to have made them a bit bigger but they felt squeezed in and very tight to use.
Location amazing. Super close to downtown Reyjkavik and easy to walk to everything. Very safe.
Parking in lot across street free and easy.
Rooms were not exciting, but also totally adequate, clean, and safe.
Breakfast was expensive and could have been better.
Location, easy walking distance to anywhere.
Close to town, lovely breakfast. Comfortable bed,
Everything was lovely, maybe would have liked black out blinds
Good location in town. Close to exactly where we needed to be.
Room was small. But comfortable.
Gabrielle at the front desk was AMAZING!!! So helpful with check in and when a tour was cancelled on us. She went above and beyond to help us.
The location of the hotel is brilliant. Short walk to all the main attractions and easy to reach everything.
Rooms were well equipped. Beds were comfy.
The fact that you need to check a box for cleaning of the room. This should be a standard that the rooms are cleaned.
When you ask for the room key, reception doesn't ask for any form of ID so that anyone can grab your key. No safe in the lead in room type.
