realizovali jsme reklamaci u Vaši společnosti, dopláceli jsme cca 1000 eur a předali jsme reklamaci právní službě. Služba booking byla nedostatečná a neodpovědná.

שטח המלון גדול ונעים, בריכה מחוממת, נהדרת על הנוף, הרבה פעילויות מוצעות, לילדים ולמבוגרים, חניה בצל.

Cons:

חדר קטן למשפחה, לא נוח לשבת יחד בפנים, לא מספיק ציוד מטבח. כביסה בתשלום.
היה מאד חם.

Luxe, net en super fijn verblijf!
Pros:

Het was simpelweg fantastisch! De accomodatie is mooi, schoon en alles is super goed geregeld! Ook met een dreumes (1,5 jaar) hebben we het juist fantastisch gehad hier.

Klasse Küche.
Perfekt mit Kind für alle Wettereventualitäten

Cons:

Es wurde nur einmal das Zimmer geputzt, bzw nur die Betten zusammengelegt und Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt.

Mir Kleinkind war ein großer Raum sehr unpraktisch.
Sobald er ins Bett ging konten wir uns weder unterhalten, noch TV schauen.

Sehr schönes Resort. Wunderschöner Schwimmteich und tolle Abwechslung zwischen Schwimmteich und Pool. Appartement war gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten problemlos eine Nacht verlängern.

Tolles Resort , aber weniger für Ruhesuchende

Perfekte Lage, schöne, neue Pool- Saunaanlage, Konzept des Feriendorfes super- aber…..

Cons:

Es wäre perfekt, wenn es nicht vor Kleinkinder wimmeln würde. Sicher super für Familien, aber für Ruhesuchende schwierig. Sauna ist zwar erst ab 16 , aber die Pools und insbesondere das Restaurant ist ziemlich laut. Nicht meine Vorstellung von Urlaub, aber wer lesen kann( ich nicht) , ist klar im Vorteil. Familienfreundlich ist die Anlage.
