Disponibilità del parcheggio nonostante a pagamento. Ottima posizione. Ampi spazi a disposizione.

Its cleanliness and spaciousness made it one of the best hotel stays we've had in our Yeats of teave
Pros:

Since we were traveling with children, we booked one of the larger suites. It had everything we needed, including kitchen items, washer/dryer, and any amenity you could need. It was clean and very pleasant.

Cons:

As the onsite parking was a bit pricey, we used other local parking. Some of the door handles dis not latch and the pool was quite small but those are just more so observations rather than issues.

A stay I will prefer again
Pros:

The location of the facility is comfortable, the friendly and helpful staff of the apartment made us have a great holiday, thank you.

Cons:

There is noise because there are constructions at the back of the building. If you are sensitive about this, ask for an apartment from the front of the building.

Pros:

Bright sides:
- nice location! everything you want is just downstairs:
- newer building, clean, fresh, smells good:
- concenient andfree parki f day and night;
- washer and dryer in the room.

Cons:

This is not a 4-star hotel, not even remotely so.
Our stay was plagued by numerous issues:
- Our scheduled check-in at 4pm was delayed and were kept waiting for about an hour;
- Kitchen was very scarse; there were 2 pans and only 1 lid, no frying pan (so we couldnt't cook morning eggs); no coffee pot, no dish soap, no sponge, no dishwasher detergent;
- We kept asking for these things, the front desk kept promising, but NONE was provided;
- The coffee cups did not fit the coffee maker! they were too tall!
- Uncomfortable furniture, kitchen chairs were of hard wood with tiny back support;
- No balcony chairs,
- The alarm in our room (and in a few other rooms on the same floor) suddenly went off one morning and kept ringing deafeningly loud for a long time; the front desk didn't even apologize;
- Room service was provided only 1 time (i.e. once) during our 9-night stay, and after when we requested it.
