A gilded airfyer?
Pros:

Excellent location, spotless rooms.

Cons:

No aircon or even a fan in the upstairs bedrooms which were unbearably hot all 3 nights of our stay. Windows could not open more than a crack. As stated there is no off street parking, but surrounding streets are rammed so we had to park far away and walk to the accomodation. Not great in the heat and not great in the rain (we got both)

Great clean property, but very noisy and no parking

Great, new and well thought out accommodation. Very modern interiors and thought of most things you’d need. Very clean and tidy

Cons:

The property is on a main road and has a lot of traffic noise and noise from people outside all through the night which really limited sleep for those in the front bedroom, even with windows and blinds closed. Also the listing does specify there is no parking onsite and parking will be on the street, but we didn’t realise that the street is so overpopulated with accommodation that there is nowhere to park, so you are stuck driving around the streets trying to find something. Ended up parking on the next street over, but not very convenient.

Very modern and clean apartment but very hot bedrooms upstairs with no air conditioning

Very modern and very clean apartment. Insulated. Reasonably quiet. Nice showers.
Lots of storage and space.
Very nice setting. Close to central Christchurch

Cons:

The bedrooms upstairs have no air conditioning or heat pump.
While in winter it would be fine as hot air would rise upstairs from the hear pump below, it is unbearably hot upstairs in hot summer nights.
We couldn’t possibly sleep upstairs (no fan either) and we slept on a sofa in the living room.
There is an option to leave windows open all night, but it doesn’t cool the bedrooms enough on hot summer nights.
Also, if you leave windows open all night, there is an issue with flies/mosquitoes.

Spacious, ultra modern, spotless, good facilities and very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s was advertised on booking.com as check-in at 2pm but then on the day they changed it to 3pm with only about 1 hour notice, so had to change our travel plans last minute. Also did not get entry instructions until about 1hr before 2pm, so kept us wondering.
