The location, the cleanliness, the staff
Nothing, everything is good
The property was in Little Havana so it was easy to explore around this vibing neighborhood. Even though it’s close to bars and pubs, this hotel is on a more quiet street, leaving us enough peace to rest after a long day. The staff was very helpful, even late at night and communication with them has been very easy and convenient.
The deposit payment should be notified a week in advance, leaving time for us to react. We only know about the payment 2 days in advance and it’s a lot of hassle to take care of that given that we were traveling a very long distance to Miami.
I would have hoped the hotel would be more flexible and let us pay after checking in as we arrived very late and had hard time making deposit payment before that.

Late night check-in/afterhours accommodations.
The smoke detector started going off/malfunctioning in the last 2 hours of my stay; it was extremely loud and although I messaged customer service who acknowledged the issue, no was sent to fix it. I received a response after I left the property and my reservation ended.
Good Location
Parking is a problem
Personal was very friendly and always happy to help. The location was great, in the 8th St full of life and things to do. The room was also nice and same as in the pictures. We used the bus to get into different locations, it took a while but it was okay. I would definitely recommend it and come back.
