Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Kairo und bietet eine ideale Lage, um die Stadt und das authentische Kairo kennenzulernen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist es für Reisende, die das echte Leben der Stadt erleben möchten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es war etwas schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Auch das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher und qualitativ hochwertiger sein.

This hotel was my calm in the chaos of Cairo
Pros:

The facilities were nice, it was in a great location, and the staff was so helpful. Nena, the manager, was warm and welcoming from the first day, and Sama and Mostafa were so inviting. They always made sure I was comfortable and were so fun to talk to.

Fantastico
Pros:

Io e mio marito abbiamo amato tutto quello che la struttura ci ha offerto, lo staff per ogni nostra singola evenienza è stato sempre molto cortese e gentile. Inoltre allo stesso prezzo ci hanno fatto un Upgrade della camera concedendoci una matrimoniale Deluxe.

الفندق عبار عن شقه في الدور الاول يوجد بها الاستقبال وبعض الغرف وشقه في الدور الرابع يوجد بها ثماني غرف تقريبا والافطار

كانت إقامتي في الفندق رائعة، وكل شيء كان على أعلى مستوى من النظافة والراحة وجودة الخدمة.

وأود أن أتقدم بشكر خاص جدًا للأستاذ مصطفى والأستاذ أمين. بصراحة نادر ما تقابل موظفين بهذا القدر من الاحترافية والذوق وحسن التعامل. كانوا دائمًا مبتسمين، سريعين في تلبية أي طلب، ويحرصون على راحة النزيل وكأنه ضيف شخصي لهم. أسلوبهم الراقي واهتمامهم بأدق التفاصيل يترك انطباعًا جميلًا.

مثل هؤلاء الموظفين هم واجهة الفندق ويستحقون كل التقدير، وأتمنى من إدارة الفندق تكريمهم لأنهم يقدمون خدمة استثنائية بكل معنى الكلمة.

بكل تأكيد ستكون هذه ليست زيارتي الأخيرة.

​Séjour fantastique au Sama Hotel !
Je garde un d'excellents souvenirs de mon passage au Sama Hotel dans le centre-ville. Tout était réuni pour passer un moment merveilleux : un personnel aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse incroyable, un petit-déjeuner délicieux et varié, et un cadre très agréable. المكان مزعج
الاستقبال تعاملهم سيى للاسف وخاصه الموظف مصطفى بسبب وصولي للاوتيل وعدم وجود غرف مع اني حاجز ودافع المبلغ
و كانو بينقلو مكان اقامتي لفندق اخر بنفس الاسم لكن بموقع اخر ليله واحدة فقط .. وافقت بما اني تعبان لكن لما شفت المكان والغرفه رفضت لانها لم تكن هي الي حجزتها وهم عارفين ذلك
زنزانه صغيره فقط سرير حمام صغيرة جدا جدا جدا
ورفضت ذلك وتواصلت مع بوكينج والغيت حجزي مجانا التعامل سيى ولا يرتقي بمستوى الزبون
تواصلت معي مديرة الفندق ناريمان عن طريق الواتساب بخصوص ان اعدل التقييم من 3 ااى رقم اعلى عشان مايتضرر الفندق ورفضت وبلغتها ان الي حصل منها برجع اكتبه هنا وبرفق صورة المحادثه .. دليل على الاساليب الملتويه الي حصل هالفندق بها على تقييم عالي للاسف
