Excellent Stay!!
Pros:

Everything.. especially the Smiling faces and great hospitality of Mustafa, Yustina, Saif…. They helped us with everything!!!

The hotel was perfectly located on a busy street with many eateries and retail shops around.

The room was impeccably clean with a good Washroom and good hot water. The Aircon was good. The breakfast was sumptuous..

We took a day trip from them to Saqara… with their car and Tour Guide, offering perfect service..

I wish them the best..

Pros:

Gutes Management dank Mostafa und Seif. Downdown ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber interessanter als Zamalek.

Cons:

Das Hotel im ersten Stock des Gebäudes ist schön, das Gründerzeitgebäude selbst aber wie die meisten in Downtown in einem erschreckenden Zustand. Kairo ist sehr verkehrsreich, die Zimmer zur Straße sind laut, daher Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen.

Cons:

entrée et escalier glauque pour monter à l’hôtel au 1er étage.
La première nuit à et une nuit blanche. La rue est très bruyante et l’hôtel extrêmement mal isolé. E pas prendre les chambres 103 à 107
Avons demandé à changer de chambre.
Compliqué de se faire servir les petits déjeuners !
Ils sont minmalistes et sur demande. On peut attendre plus de 30 mn pour l'avoir. Difficile de se faire comprendre.
Nous avons changé d'hôtel poir nos 2 dernières nuits.
Comment peut-il est aussi bien noté ?

Very satisfied!
Pros:

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Especially Saif and Mostafa who did their best.
Spatious room for two.
A value for money hotel in good location with easy access around Cairo even on foot.

Cons:

Maybe the building entrance could use a little care and renovation.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and good. I recommend this hotel for all, who wanna find quite and safety place for living in Cairo. Clean rooms, helpful managers, good food. Big thanks to manager for saving my abroad passport on reception. Also head manager understood my circumstances about engagement and we changed dates of renting with money return. Thanks for providing such a good service 😊

Apreciem amabilitattea personalului, pozitia, curatenia si un dus cald cu presiune excelenta dupa o zi de trafic si vizite prin Cairo😁

Very good hotel in Cairo, very modern and safe
Pros:

- Very friendly staff! friendly staff, always wanted to help with no intention to receive tips
- very modern hotel, the entrance is old, but didn’t matter
- loved the location
- they waited until 4am for me to arrive

tesisi sevdik konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık. tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

Kahvaltı oldukça zayıftı. Ancak anket düzenleyerek görüşlerimizi sordular. Ertesi günü bu önerilerimiz dikkate aldıklarını gösterdiler gayet makul bir kahvaltı oldu. Ancak servisleri halen yavaş biraz hızlandırmaları gerekir. Konumu ulaşım açısından iyi. Otel çok temizdi. Yataklar rahat. Merkezi bir cadde üzerinde olmasına rağmen ses yalıtımı gayet iyi. Hem gündüz hem de gece çalışan resepsiyon görevlileri çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi.

Cons:

Eleştireceğimiz tek nokta kahvaltı olabilirdi. Ancak onu da düzelttiler. Kahvaltı servisi daha erken başlayabilir ve daha hızlı olabilir. Bu özellikle gün içinde yoğun programı olan gezginler için önemli olabilir.

Staff were friendly and especially Adam, Ameen were very cooperative. Tours organized by the hotel was very good and special mention to Driver Muhammad who was patient and helpful.

Cons:

We regret leaving this feedback, but our experience at this hotel was bad. Our room (102) had a window that opened directly to the inner courtyard where the water tank is, and we could not sleep because of the loud noise it made. Every two minutes it starts and it is impossible to rest. After explaining the situation to the reception, of couse they knew it because past clients had complained, they did not give us any solution nor changing the room, so the second night was the same situation. Also, the hot water during the shower only lasted five minutes, then no more. And there is no glass in the shower to stop the water to fload the whole bathroom. The breakfast was very simple, not with many options. The bed was comfortable and the whole hotel seemed quite new, but honestly, we wouldn’t repeat or pay this amount of money for a bad sleep.

Great Experience
Pros:

I liked the facility. It is located at the first floor of what seem like an old building. However, the floor where the hotel is located was modernized and all the facilities are new and functioning well. The members of staff are very warm and supportive.

Cons:

When I first got into the property, I though I had missed my way. The building is old and the elevator looked very archaic as if it will fall off with one in it (found out later that this is the norm in Cairo - old buildings and hotels do not always own the entire building). Furthermore, the elevator does not stop at floor 1 where the hotel is located, meaning you have to manually lift your luggage up the stairs. I think this is very inconveniencing and should be corrected.

La posizione è eccellente, colazione buona e tipica, camere pulite e letti comodi. Lo staff, sopratutto Mustafa, molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo fatto una gita di una giornata all'oasi di Fayuom prenotata tramite l'hotel bellissima e ad un buon prezzo. Consiglio assolutamente se venite al Il Cairo
