Pros:

Perfect location dowtown. We were upgraded to a very spacious room. The hotel is recent and very clean even if it is situated in an order building. Staff is very nice. Would advice.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile per aiutarti e consigliarti, camera pulita e anche se piccola molto carina, la struttura è molto nuova all'interno e ben arredata.
Posizione buona al centro del Cairo.

Colazione buona nel complesso ma offre veramente poco di dolce anche se è normale così in quasi tutto l'Egitto

The hotel is well situated and the staff was very helpful (especially Mustapha) and spoke English.
The breakfast with the very good falafels !

Cons:

If the hotel itself is very clean, the entrance of the building is very dirty - even if it is not part of the hotel, they should do something about it !

I recently spent 10 days at Sama Sherif Basha Hotel with my mother, and I was truly touched by the warm welcome, the cleanliness, and especially the amazing fragrance throughout the hotel. The responsiveness and kindness of the entire staff made our experience absolutely outstanding.
A special thanks to Yostina, Mustapha, and Amine, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive, you truly made us feel at home 🌸.
I specifically chose to stay in the city center to enjoy the authenticity and the full experience, and I can confidently say that my choice was excellent 👌 I have absolutely no regrets. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all amenities.
Although the hotel is located on the first floor, there’s no need to worry at all, as the staff takes care of the luggage, which makes everything very easy and comfortable.
I would also like to highlight that the photos available online are exactly the same as reality and truly reflect the hotel... except that in real life, it smells even better!
I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an authentic and vibrant city center experience.

Struttura ottima, molto pulita e ordinata, in posizione centrale e perfetta sia per escursioni turistiche che viaggi di lavoro. Personale molto gentile e professionale, sempre disponibili a qualunque ora e con ottimi skill linguistici. I recently stayed at the Sama Hotel in Cairo and had a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location in downtown Cairo is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the action, with easy access to transportation, museums, and great restaurants .
Exceptional Service from Mustafa
While everything about the hotel was great, what truly made my stay exceptional was the service at the front desk, specifically from Mustafa. He is an absolute gem and a credit to the hotel. From check-in to check-out, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free.

This place has a personal touch - great thanks to Mostafa and to his female colleagues.
Pros:

Mostafa and his team made us feel very welcome. It was almost like home.
The bed was very comfortable.
The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Cairo. The area is safe - there are nice cafes in front. The hotel is very clean and well organized. During our next visit to Cairo we will definitely stay at Sama and we will recommend it to our friends.

Cons:

I would be happy with reading lamps. Some other guests were smoking and we could smell it in the bathroom.
The breakfast could do with more variety although I am already missing the thin omelette.
