Pros:

Its a nice and cozy place.
Not much services or facilities, sometimes water is not very hot, but still the general vibe is very relaxed, friendly and pleasant.

Todos los días el mismo desayuno. La cortina del baño no tenía el largo suficiente y ocasionaba que durante la toma de la ducha se mojaba en demasía el piso.

It doesn’t look like the pictures . No views, no privacy in your room. Main window in your bedroom faces the other bedroom.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic. Staff constantly changing . They basically chase you down to ask you to keep your room keys. Staff walked into our room even though we didn’t request service. They lied about that (things were moved around and windows shut down that’s how I noticed they entered the room). When asked about a refund because we were leaving early since we did not like the property or service they did not know how to do a refund. We were staying at the second floor and noises were so loud before 6 am (from their kitchen when preparing their breakfast )

Tienen mucho potencial de crecimiento en Ayacucho
Pros:

Está bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son amplias y bien iluminadas, me encanta el lugar, las áreas. Realmente todo se ve bien cuidado, mantenido y limpio.

Cons:

No es la primera vez que me quedo y mi impresión siempre ha sido la misma: la atención es poco amigable. En esta ocasión la persona responsable en recepcion no entendia bien las indicaciones para emitir recibos corporativos. Tuvo que venir el contador para hablar claro porque cuando la recepcionista le hablaba por teléfono tergiversaba la solicitud lo que era muy incómodo. El desayuno podría mejorar y quizá sería bueno poner el dispensador de agua a disposición de todos los huéspedes.

Pros:

Proximidade da praça de armas, chuveiro forte e quente, café da manhã servido rapidamente.

Cons:

Alguns funcionários são muito sérios e pouco amigáveis, em compensação outro rapaz que não me lembro o nome estava sempre sorridente e disposto a ajudar. Não gostei da inflexibilidade de não nos deixar atrasar o check-out (precisávamos de pouco tempo no quarto após as 10h da manhã (check-out) e nosso voo só sairia as 17hs, não tínhamos onde ficar todo esse tempo, uma vez que a cidade é bem pequena e não tínhamos onde descansar ou utilizar serviços higiênicos. Tivemos que ficar na rua andando sem parar até as 16hs hora de ir pro aeroporto... Economia de papel higiênico, algo que é tão barato era regulado todos os dias. Precisam disponibilizar mais papéis para o banheiro. Travesseiros muito baixos e moles, pouco conforto.
