Mi mamá se cayó un día antes y quería salir a buscar una farmacia, pero antes de ir le mandaron una crema a su habitación. Muy amables todos. Especialmente la señorita del front desk y el Señor Miguel.

Habitación sin lugar para colocar la ropa (dejar la ropa en la maleta y en el suelo), no jabonera, no agua caliente, camas matrimoniales pequeñas pegada contra la pared, una mesa de noche, no lo recomiendo

Patio/tuin is mooi.

Cons:

Onvriendelijke meneer die ons niet welkom heette maar heel kortaf onze gegevens vroeg. En daarna kregen we een hele andere kamer dan de kamer die we geboekt hadden. Bij booking kozen we een kamer met uitzicht op de patio, met die mooie houten gebogen deuren naar het balkon. Maar we kregen een kamer achterin het hotel, met een heel klein raampje.
Meneer kon ons geen andere kamer aanbieden want kon een contact krijgen met zijn baas. We hebben een ander hotel gezocht. We kregen wel een gratis annulering, dus dat was fijn. Al met al wel teleurstellend.
