It was very cold, there was no electric kettle and it was very loudly so I cannot sleep

The location is good, as it is close to Zone T. The room was okay and clean
There is major construction taking place directly in front of the hotel. The noise in the room was extremely loud, it felt as if there were no windows or walls, as the sound passed straight through.
When we asked the property staff about it, they said the construction was from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., which is not an acceptable explanation, as it meant we could not rest during those hours despite having booked the room for the entire day. In addition, machines were running throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise.
We were later told that the construction started over a year ago, yet the property failed to inform us in advance. As a result, we had to change hotels and submitted a complaint, but we are still waiting for an official response from the property manager.
I would not recommend booking this property.

Ha cambiado la persona encargada. Compré en Booking una habitación grande con cocina. Al llegar me dieron una pequeña son cocina. Me costó una discusión muy desagradable conseguir que me dieran la habitación que había pagado. Voy a menudo a Bogotá y siempre me quedaba en este hotel. No voy a volver.
