El sitio es muy bonito, muy cómodo y con una buena atención al cliente sería excepcional.

El personal gestiono muy mal toda la reserva.
Se contrato un servicio de decoración adicional para el cual se tuvo que llegar más tarde de la hora por qué aún no estaba listo.
Tuve que pagar el valor de la comisión que pagan a Booking entendiendo que eso lo deben asumir ellos directamente.
Nunca se especificó que el desayuno se sirve a una hora definida y no pudimos desayunar porque nos pasamos de la hora que nunca nos dijeron que tenía un límite.
Palabras mas palabras menos, muy mala gestión por parte de la anfitriona.
